Bulletin of Gulistan State University

Protection Of Plants For Years In The Plantations Of Ferula Tadshikorum Pimenov, Moxira Asatullaevna Khalkuzieva, Umarqul Rahmonqulov
Bulletin of Gulistan State University
This article provides a brief biology of the Tajik kovrak (F.tadshikorum Pimen.) And information on the establishment of plantations in the arable lands of Arnasay district of Jizzakh region in 2015-2019 by sowing seeds of the plant from different regions. The experiment was of two types: Option 1, in which the soil was well tilled, plowed, and then sown, and Option 2 was chiseled and then sown in seedbeds. It was found that planting resin-bearing husks in plowed areas gave better results than in chisel-planted areas. In both cases, the number of fragile seedlings has been declining over the years. …

Bulletin of Gulistan State University
The article explains that by methods of ion implantation or bombardment it is possible to inject foreign impurities into the crystal lattice of metal substrates. For this purpose, a special experimental setup with a high vacuum condition is used. Under normal conditions, atoms or molecules of the atmosphere interact with the surface of solids. As a result of the diffusion process, atoms or molecules of the atmosphere penetrate into the near-surface region, into the crystal lattice of solids and form a connection of some type. Usually, this diffusion process occurs very slowly and for a long time, as a result, …

Gorky begins the ninth tale with words full of deep meaning: “Let us glorify a woman - Mother, an inexhaustible source of all-conquering life! M. Gorky created not only his own unique artistic world, but also his own aesthetics of beauty, …

The article provides information about the quality of seeds: infestation, germination, humidity and mass of 1000 seeds of some fudder legumes plants. The infestation of seeds in the studied species in natural conditions ranges from 16,9 to 22,4 %, and the moisture content of seeds was 12.9-15.4 %, depending on the species. Hard-seeding is very high, from 80.6 (O.micrantha) to 95.4% (A.sieversianus). Seed dormancy in the studied taxa according to the classification of M. G. Nikolaeva et al. (1985) belongs to the physical group of exogenous dormancy– Af. The rate of water intake to seeds largely depends on the heterogeneity …

Distribution Of Terrestrial Molluscs In Biotopes And Altitude Belts In The Zaamin Mountains, Abdulla Tozhiulovich Karimulov
Bulletin of Gulistan State University
The article is devoted to the altitudinal and biotopic distribution of terrestrial mollusсs of the Zaamin mountains. Faunistic analysis showed that 31 species of mollusсs belonging to 19 genera and 14 families live in this region. The high-altitude distribution of mollusсs was carried out according to the classification of K.Z.Zakirov, where such high-altitude zones as chul (plains), adyr (foothills), tau (mountains) and yaylau (high mountains) were identified. Analysis by altitude belts showed that in the chul belt there are 4 (12.9%), in the adyr belt 20 (64.5%), in the tau belt 30 (96.8%) and in the yaylau belt 6 (19.4%) …

Competency-Based Education In Business And Accounting, Jill Halverson
The North American Accounting Studies
Competency-based education programs in the United States have grown over the past decade in response to the need to address adult learners who have earned some college credits but have not earned a degree. Hundreds of colleges have either developed or are developing competency-based education (CBE) programs, which separate learning from credit hours. Students complete assignments and/or projects to achieve mastery of competencies. This paper describes the state of CBE programs, focusing on business programs, which represent about one third of programs reported through a national survey. Discussion of University of Wisconsin System’s programs follows, including a specific business program …

Theoretical Validity Of Problem Focused-Coping Skill Guideline To Develop Students’ Critical Thinking Skills, Nur Hidayah, Anis Tri Yuliana, Husni Hanafi
Jurnal Kajian Bimbingan dan Konseling
Critical thinking skills are central for students to become human resources with character. The process of developing thinking skills is currently done contextually within the implementation of learning materials, while critical thinking skills are also needed in everyday life situations. Developmental counselling services through the Problem Focused-Coping Skill (PFCS) strategy are an alternative to foster critical thinking skills through contextual situations in students’ daily lives. Anchored by a research and development model through preliminary studies, product development, and expert validation, the present study unraveled the theoretical validity of PFCS strategy to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. Participants involved were evaluators …
