This study aims to determine the industrial assessment of technical and employability skills of students. The research was conducted by using survey method in several industries as the place of the Job Training (PKL) of the students. The research technique used purposive random sampling with respondents in this research consist of 23 industry in Jakarta area. The results of the research are (1) the industrial assessment of the technical skills of the students obtained a score of 73.10 with high interpretation; (2) The industry average rating of employability of students skills is 83.10 with very high interpretation.

Results from four early childhood practitioner field tests of performance checklists and early intervention practice guides are reported. Findings from the first field test were used to make changes and improvements in the checklists and practice guides evaluated in the second and third field tests, and findings from the latter two field tests were used to improve the checklist and practice guide evaluated in the fourth field test. The purpose of this research was to reveal the level of implementation of authentic assessment in the pragmatics course at the English Education Department of a university. Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) was used. The instruments were questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The result of the research shows that respectively, the effectiveness of definition, installation, process, and production stages in logits are -0.06, -0.14, 0.45, and 0.02 on its aspect of the assessment methods' effectiveness in uncovering students' ability. Studi ini menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh ukuran sampel dan intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) terhadap bias estimasi parameter multilevel latent variable modeling. Kondisi simulasi diciptakan dengan beberapa faktor yang ditetapkan yaitu lima kondisi ICC (0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25), jumlah kelompok (30, 50, 100 dan 150), jumlah observasi dalam kelompok (10, 20 dan 50) dan diestimasi menggunakan lima metode estimasi: ML, MLF, MLR, WLSMV dan BAYES. Jumlah kondisi keseluruhan sebanyak 300 kondisi dimana tiap kondisi direplikasi sebanyak 1000 kali dan dianalisis menggunakan software Mplus 7.4. Kriteria bias yang masih dapat diterima adalah < 10%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bias yang terjadi dipengaruhi oleh ukuran sampel dan ICC, penelitian ini juga menujukkan bahwa metode estimasi WLSMV dan BAYES berfungsi lebih baik pada berbagai kondisi dibandingkan dengan metode estimasi berbasis ML.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kearifan konselor menurut perspektif calon konselor etnis Jawa. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif jenis survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 270 calon konselor etnis Jawa semester enam dari 11 Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
