This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the degree of alienation and the prevailing academic identity patterns among Palestinian students at the University of Haifa, and to identify the predictive power of alienation on their academic identity patterns. Feminist Pedagogy

This critical commentary examines the potential implications of artificial intelligence (AI) on feminist pedagogy. Drawing on the work of Wellner and Rothman (2020), Toupin (2023), and Adam (1995), this paper considers how AI could be used to advance feminist pedagogy, but raises a series of concerns as well. Challenges to critical thinking and motivating students are raised. Finally, the paper concludes by arguing for bringing AI and conversations about its use into the classroom in a way that is mindful of its potential and limits.

Traditional martial arts are known for their focus on spiritual cultivation through a combination of self-defense training and contemplative practices like meditation. Traditional martial art systems tend to utilize nondual traditions commonly associated with Buddhism and Daoism; however, modern martial art practices, particularly those of MMA, no longer place a strong emphasis on such traditions. According to a widely held view, mathematical proofs are essentially (indications of) formal derivations, and thus in principle mechanically checkable (this view is defended, for example, by Azzouni [3]). This should in particular hold for the kind of simple proof exercises typically given to students of mathematics learning to write proofs. If that is so, then automated proof checking should be an attractive option for math education at the undergraduate level. Absence and loss are part of what it means to be alive.
