Journal of Business & Entrepreneurship
The research investigates women's motivation, and challenges in business, focusing on gender equality and social inclusion's impact on female entrepreneurs in the service industry. This is qualitative research. Phenomenology served as the research design. The semi-structured interviews were employed for interviews from eighteen entrepreneurs after acquiring ethical approval. Thematic analysis was employed as a data analysis approach. Multiple methods assured rigor. The study's outcome addressed several themes, suggesting that Women's entrepreneurship may increase social inclusion, and gender equality, and lessen poverty. Nevertheless, Pakistani women entrepreneurs experience hurdles such as social and cultural restraints, discrimination, and gender inequities. Despite these hurdles, …

Women entrepreneurs are a rapidly growing demographic. Mentoring is a recurring theme in the literature as a valuable contribution in helping women entrepreneurs succeed. The roles of mentoring as well as the literature of mentoring relationships is presented, followed by a study in which the demand and perceived benefit for mentoring was conducted among women currently engaged or self-identified as aspiring small business owners and entrepreneurs. Women who participated a conference for female entrepreneurs, jointly sponsored by Southeastern Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center, were surveyed. A recent rise in small business ownership, along with the subsequent advent and universality of social media usage, presents unique opportunities for these businesses to grow and thrive. This thesis project will analyze the success of various marketing tactics on sales in a small business selling handmade products. In an ever-evolving digital landscape, this research explores Generation X (GenX) consignment store owners in West Virginia and the transformative power of Social commerce (sCommerce). Despite the ubiquity of Social media platforms, little attention has been given to the impact of sCommerce on the consignment store industry. Drawing from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DIT), this study examines the factors influencing sCommerce adoption decisions for GenX consignment store owners.

This study explores two questions about the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurship that have not received much attention. The first is, how different dimensions of social capital relate to entrepreneurship? The second is, to what extent community social capital is related to the level of entrepreneurship among marginal and dominant members of a community? Social capital is the benefits derived from social connections. Business as Mission (BAM) is the operation of a for-profit business located in a cross-cultural setting and aimed toward the fulfillment of the great commission. This definition reveals four key success factors for BAM: support, financial and otherwise, for both the business and the missionaries; the ability to gain access to cross-cultural settings; the opportunity to advance the gospel; and the requirement of managing both missional and business goals. Small Business Success: What You Need to Know. The owners of eight successful new businesses (successful defined as at least four years old and owner perceived) were interviewed, as well as the former owners of four unsuccessful businesses. The study showed that while planning can help your business, implementation is the fundamental component of small business success. This study was undergone to help create a link between what students learn in businesses classes, which is primary focused on working for a large company, and what people do in the entrepreneurship field.
