The colliding units are not just nation states, but transnational production regimes, which cut through national boundaries. The conflicts lead global corporate codes, which are developed by international organizations, to take different directions when they are concretized on the enterprise level. They will be differently enforced according to whether they are located in Liberal Market Economies (LME), adapted to the New Sovereignty of enterprises, or in Coordinated Market Economies (CME) with greater components of social welfare state and economic democracy.

The current research compares two demographically diverse universities regarding their respective awareness of the study abroad programs (SAPs) offered by their school. The study focuses on each sample’s awareness of SAP opportunities (i.e., as offered by their own institution) as well as each group’s opinion of the level of university administrator effort aimed at promoting the SAP offerings at each school. As a latecomer economy, Africa faces persistent difficulties with catching up in global markets. This study examines the strategic potential of community-based hybrid models, which balance market profitability with social impact in local communities. Focusing on the global business services industry in Kenya and South Africa, and the practice of ‘impact sourcing’ – hiring and training of disadvantaged staff servicing business clients – we find that while regular providers struggle to compete with global peers, hybrid model adopters manage to access underutilized labor pools through community organizations, and target less competitive niche client markets. لقد برزت الحاجة الملحة للاستثمار في القطاع النفطي بعد عام 2003 وذلك لانخفاض معدلات الإنتاج اليومية، إذ انها لم تتجاوز في أحسن الأحوال 2.5 مليون برميل يومياً، فضلا عن كونه القطاع الوحيد الذي يرفد الموازنة بالتدفقات النقدية، التي تمثل عصب وشريان الحياة الاقتصادية في العراق. ان الإيرادات النفطية متمثلةً بعنصري الكمية المنتجة وسعرها، يعد فيها الأخير عنصراً متغيراً خارجياً لا يمكن التحكم فيه، على الرغم من وجود شبه اجماع بين المنتجين والمستهلكين للنفط، بان أسعار النفط غير مناسبة لكلا الطرفين، جعلت منه قيداً على طبيعة العقود المبرمة ضمن جولات التراخيص، التي ابرمت من اجل زيادة معدلات الإنتاج، والتي أبرزت ضرورة …
