Current firm performance is not only measured by economic term (single bottom line) but also by social and environmental (triple bottom line). Purposes of this research are analyzing of TBL disclosure and influences factors, by using sample of companies in Indonesia and Japan. This paper investigates Triple Bottom Line (TBL) disclosure of 50 of the largest Indonesian and Japanese companies by using secondary data. Twenty two disclosure criteria were developed for each of the TBL disclosure areas: economic, social, and enviromental. While these circumstances sound no alarms, all involve elements of risk. The welcome gift of the house, later discovered to be contaminated with mold, will involve a costly clean up. In March 2002, the WKU University Senate Faculty Welfare & Professional Responsibilities Committee surveyed the Western Kentucky University faculty concerning aspects of their jobs. This study was undertaken, in part, due to concern over the number of faculty leaving the university. Of the possible 614 faculty, 367 responded, making the response rate 59.8%. This report outlines and examines the faculty's responses to the research/creative and service activity sections of this survey as well as the sections dealing with support, salary and healthcare benefits.
