Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand and describe how exemplary Black women business leaders (BWBL) influence employees through personal motivation, personal ability, social motivation, social ability, structural motivation, and structural ability.

Methodology: This phenomenological study research design identified and explored how 10 exemplary BWBL who have achieved extraordinary results influence employees through personal motivation, social motivation, structural motivation, personal ability, social ability, and structural ability. In an effort to better understand employers’ commitment to hiring a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, and to collect robust data for analysis, the Nevada Legislature authorized the University Nevada, Las Vegas to launch a survey of Nevada employers concerning their workforce composition, employee representation at the frontline, supervisory, managerial and executive levels, employee benefit packages, and attrition rates. The catastrophic impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is well-presented across countries featured on a helicopter view. However, studies on business activities as proxies to business functions that are exclusively affected by the pandemic are scarcely found, which in turn might cause ineffective recovery policy. Using Indonesia as a case in point, this study aims at codifying the particular business activities to proxy the functions that have been impacted across the sectors and business owners’ perception on the government’s policy. The studies of Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) have increased significantly in 2020. However, most studies are focused on the benefits and risks of FWA in general or particular jobs. The model of FWA implementation in different characteristics of jobs to improve performances are still insufficiently researched. Using a case study with qualitative and quasi-statistic data, this study investigates the Indonesian public sector in implementing FWA policy. The aim of study is to examine the impact of knowledge sharing tools (i.e., technology and organization rewards) on knowledge transfer in the Higher Education Institutions (HEIS) of Sindh, Pakistan. The study utilized quantitative method. The population of the study was the employees who are working in HEIs of Sindh Province. This study explores factors that influence entrepreneurial ecosystems. Clifton (2010, 2015) recommends entrepreneurship, better business models, and new business startups as a solution for economic renewal in the United States and specifically identifies disengaged workers and low-energy workplaces as the starting point. The recommendation does not address how to make workplaces conducive to entrepreneurial activity, nor does the recommendation address how to engage entrepreneurial employees.
