Current HRM research on work design largely relies on variable-centered approaches. Bitcoin halving is a quadrennial event that halves mining rewards and is believed to influence cryptocurrency prices and cryptocurrency market dynamics. This study examines the effect of Bitcoin halving on Cryptocurrency Prices, with Government Regulations, Market Sentiment, and Cryptocurrency Performance as mediating variables. A quantitative research approach was employed, gathering original data via survey instruments from 294 participants within the cryptocurrency community in Bali, which were analyzed using PLS-SEM. This study examined how workplace telepressure and cyber incivility, as work-related stressors, affect individual and work-related outcomes in hospitality employees, using a mixed-methods approach. This study investigated the moderating role of green organizational support in the nexus between entrepreneurial leadership and sustainable business performance. The study adopted the explanatory research design, where data were collected from 208 employees working in star-rated hotels in Ghana and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. We apply social identity theory (SIT) within a culturally endorsed implicit leadership theory (CLT) frame to model how cultural values shape relationships between authentic leadership and follower outcomes. We use meta-analytic methods to test hypotheses with data from 292 studies drawn from over 40 countries, comprised of 100,641 individuals, and including 35 attitudinal, behavioural, and performance outcomes. Meta-analytic regression of cultural values coded at the country level reveals a significant pattern of moderation effects across 42.9% of the correlates we tested, suggesting that authentic leadership theory is culturally embedded. Affective Events Theory explains how workplace emotions arise from discrete events and shape attitudes and behaviour. Drawing on a phenomenological study of 29 employees and 13 managers working within oversight saturated supervisory contexts in the post–Royal Commission Australian financial services sector, this paper extends Affective Events Theory by examining how affective experience unfolds when accountability is continuous, and discretion is constrained. Across dual-cohort findings, affect was not primarily anchored to identifiable events that resolved over time. Instead, participants described emotion as persistent and cumulative, produced through ambiguity and emotional restraint, and circulating across supervisory roles. Our research explores the link between workplace spirituality—marked by meaningful work, community, and value alignment—and employee flourishing, with a focus on the role of servant leadership. This study examined how refuelling routines, price responsiveness and discount expectations relate to readiness to replace a conventional petrol vehicle with an electric vehicle in Western Australia. A structured survey of nonelectric vehicle owners was administered in Perth (n = 442; conventional petrol n = 408; hybrid n = 34). Protocol-based cleaning and distributional diagnostics guided nonparametric inference and segmentation. Refuelling frequency comparisons between conventional and hybrid vehicle owners indicated higher visit frequency and monthly consumption among the former (monthly consumption: median 150 L vs. 92 L; U = 6963.5, z = 4.48, p < 0.001), whereas within conventional vehicle owners, no significant association was observed between monthly consumption and stated willingness to adopt an electric vehicle (U = 6633.0, p = 0.671). Expected petrol price discounts were tightly centred (median 10%; interquartile range 5%–15%), yet cluster analysis revealed a distinct segment combining high discount expectations (≈22%) and higher monthly consumption (∼211 L).
