The study aimed at uncovering the relationship between talent management strategies and the competitive advantage together with revealing the extent to which these strategies affected the process of creating the competitive advantage at the Palestinian universities. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, which used the questionnaire as a tool for data gathering. This study aimed to identify the exchange rate and highlight the reality of the Algerian exports and imports and the fluctuations that occurred during the period of (1988-2017). The effects were also addressed in an effort to investigate the extent to which the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar was affected when compared to the dollar. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the influence of vestibulosomatic stability on the efficiency of throwing workability of belt wrestlers, when they perform techniques on the right and on the left.

Methods: The studies used pedagogical tests specially developed and approved by the Belt Wrestling Federation of Uzbekistan. The research was conducted in September 2017 and June 2018 and involved qualified belt wrestlers-students in the weight categories of 61-66 and 67-73 kg, the number of which was distributed to 15 people in each weight category.

Accounting conservatism is a fundamental qualitative characteristic of financial statements. For centuries, it has had a significant impact on accounting practices. The goal of this study is to investigate the attributes of firms and countries, as well as their relative importance in influencing the level of unconditional conservatism. The data for Hierarchical Linear Modeling was collected from a sample of 5470 publicly traded firms from 55 countries between 2017 and 2019. The results reveal that country differences explain approximately 31 percent of the variance in the level of unconditional conservatism. Purpose: Worldwide, Ecuador is one of the countries with the most entrepreneurial activity from micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). However, the effect of adopting the US dollar (dollarization), over which the central bank has no control, combined with being mainly an exporter of primary products, as well as strategic currency devaluation by neighboring economies, has created a difficult situation, especially for Ecuadorian women’s MSMEs. This paper aims to study the relationship between female ownership and Ecuadorian MSMEs’ financial, economic and social outcomes.

The goal of this paper is to better understand frames, strategies and themes used by NYC Health as it pertains to video media related artifacts in their Covid-19 vaccination campaign. This paper presents the results of an exploratory study of why and how professional football teams in the National Football League (NFL) use cheerleaders, the vast majority of whom are women. From archival press reports, media guides, and team website content, we examine why some teams choose not to use cheerleaders; and among the majority of teams that do use cheerleaders, the purposes for which they employ them.
