In the midst of COVID-19, university campuses were shut down and faculty had to move their classes online. The abrupt change opened up many challenges. One of them was how to handle online exams. This paper recounted how one instructor had managed the exams online. The paper presents this experience from an action research perspective. Using a Jordanian Commercial Banks for the period of 2007-2013, the current paper examines the impact of board characteristics, including the (Board size, independency, separation and managerial ownership) on banks' dividends policy; an OLS regression analysis is used to analyze this relationship. Two major finding have emerged from the current investigation. First, the board size and separation have a statistically significant impact on banks dividends policy. Women entrepreneurship research in the developing world relies on theoretical perspectives derived elsewhere. Hence, understanding the original business-development approaches adopted by women entrepreneurs in developing economies remains elusive. Accordingly, we collected and analyzed rich data generated through 31 in-depth interviews and artifacts of Nigerian women entrepreneurs in the garment manufacturing business. Our analysis revealed distinct constructs that account for their business-development activities. It shows money (access and utilization), market (customer intelligence), and management (nonformal education and experience) as crucial enterprise development components in women entrepreneurship. Steady improvement in the leading indicator implies that economic growth will be strong in Nebraska during the second half of 2021. Three components of the leading indicator rose during June. Business expectations, airline passenger counts, and initial claims for unemployment insurance all showed improvement. As higher education institutions diversify their student body, they employ tactics specifically aimed at reaching prospective students from minority groups. This study examined marketing tactics used by universities through a content analysis of photographs posted to the Instagram accounts of three faith-based universities in the United States. Photographed individuals were classified into different ethnic groups to understand how frequently members of those groups were visually represented. A Pearson Correlation using data gathered from the content analysis and each university’s enrollment and retention data for Black students did not find statistical significance. Limitations of the study and future research are discussed.

However, Vietnamese rice farmers face several challenges, including pressures to develop sustainable livelihoods while reducing the environmental impacts of their production activities. Various Vietnamese agricultural restructuring policies were promulgated to promote the adoption of environmentally friendly practices to generate high value added for rice farmers, but the farmers are reluctant to adopt them because of perceived lack of demand. Purpose – This study explores the association between individual investor information demand and two measures of market uncertainty – aggregate market uncertainty and disaggregate industry-specific market uncertainty. It extends the literature by being the first to empirically examine investor information demand and disaggregate market uncertainty.
