يسعى البحث الى تقديم نموذج متعدد المستويات لاستكشاف كيفية تأثير ثقافة إدارة الخطأ التنظيمي على سلوك المواطنة. وذلك من خلال توزيع أستمارة الإستبيان على عينة من مؤسسات القطاع العام في أقسام كليات جامعة المثنى. حيث ضمت العينة (90) موظفاً مع أختلاف تحصيلهم العلمي ومناصبهم الإدارية, موزعين على (30) قسم. وقد اعتمد الباحث على البرنامج الاحصائي (Smart PLS), و(SPSS. Occupational stress and turnover intention are a growing and costly concern for the hospitality industry. Drawing on Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory, the study developed a research model to simultaneously examine the effects of psychological capital, social capital, and human capital on occupational stress and turnover intention. A sample size of 380 hotel employees in China was used to test the proposed model using the PLS-SEM methodology. The results suggest that occupational stress plays a full mediator role between psychological capital and turnover intention, and plays a partial mediator role between relational social capital and turnover intention. The COVID-19 pandemic that caused unprecedented havoc on global tourism industry will all blow over, however whether the tourists' real-time on-site emotional experience in the reopened tourism destinations is higher or lower than that of the period before the pandemic outbreak has not been studied. Since this is an important basis for managers to design tourist win-back strategies, this study empirically examines the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on tourists' real-time on-site emotional experience using geo-tagged check-in user-generated content data in China's National 5A scenic spots from November 7, 2019 to April 8, 2020. Though the effects of air quality and weather conditions on tourism have been examined from different perspectives, their effects on tourists' emotional experience have not been investigated. Due to lack of effective measurements, tourists' real-time on-site emotional experience have not been duly examined. This study used tourists' geo-tagged check-in user-generated content (UGC) to extract the sentiments underlying tourists' real-time on-site emotional experience, and modelled the effects of air quality and weather conditions on tourists' emotional experience. This study combines the results of two antithetical research processes: induction and deduction. Using a prescribed dialectic method commemorative pilgrimage at two non-substitutable sites is explored. A metamodel, comprising an amalgam of published commemorative models and ideas is first constructed and used as the project's interpretive frame. Parsing the metamodel produces 17 constructs: four of which are motives (inputs) and 11 of which are typified behaviours (outputs). The combined data from two Australian memorials; one in Western Australia and one in France is then analysed using the metamodel as representative of existing theory. This paper explores the prevailing higher education environment in Eritrea as a case study, with the aim of identifying factors influencing knowledge sharing and collaboration in the community both within and across the institutions. The research is based on qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with seven respondents: leaders and senior academicians representing all six higher education institutions (HEIs) in Eritrea. It investigates the environment from the socio-technical systems perspective with a holistic view of the institutional system rather than sub-systems. SCORE plays an essential role in supporting predominantly new small business entrepreneurs with limited resources. This article shares findings from in-depth interviews with SCORE mentors on how they advised clients on doing market research, their strategies and recommended resources on popular topics, and the perceived challenges their clients faced. Academic librarians can take advantage of opportunities identified in the study to build a robust relationship with SCORE, as well as leveraging SCORE methods and resources in their core reference and instruction work with students.
