This qualitative dissertation examines the transformative effects of executive coaching on leaders’ development, personal growth, decision-making, and overall effectiveness across varied organizational contexts. Grounded in authentic leadership theory and employing a generic qualitative inquiry design, the study investigated how leaders who completed executive coaching describe changes in their behavior and mindset. Eleven experienced leaders participated in semi-structured interviews selected through purposive sampling. Thematic analysis, guided by the cyclical and inductive coding methods of Saldana (2021), generated 187 initial codes, which were distilled into 72 final codes. Microsoft Whiteboard facilitated the collaboration of student teams within the one board from early brainstorming to the final brand creation. Based on fictional product details given in class, student groups acted as brand management teams tasked with creating a new brand. On August 28^th, 2005, the National Hurricane Center announced that a category five hurricane sustaining over 160-mile winds was cruising through the Gulf of Mexico, headed straight for the coasts of Louisiana and Alabama. By August 29^th, 2005, Katrina made landfall in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana as a category three hurricane. After surviving a significant amount of rainfall, the levee system in New Orleans failed, putting over 80% of the city of New Orleans underwater and leaving many residents without homes (“Hurricane Katrina”, 2025). This paper provides an exploratory analysis of biodiversity-themed funds and offers early evidence on their characteristics, performance, risk, fees, and sustainability metrics. Using a sample of 24 open-end biodiversity funds (18 mutual funds and 6 ETFs), we find that these funds are predominantly European-domiciled equity funds, recently launched, small in size, and generally receive high sustainability ratings. However, both active and passive funds underperform their benchmarks over their short track records and charge higher fees than comparable funds, consistent with the early-stage development of this segment. We also examine fund manager characteristics and find no consistent relationship with performance. Our …

Beginning with the creation of the Department of Defense in 1947 and proceeding through the Hegseth-era reforms of 2025, this analysis traces the cyclical pattern by which each successive administration identified procurement dysfunction, issued legislative remedies, and declared progress — only to produce new failures while leaving the underlying pathologies intact.

Strategic alignment remains a persistent challenge in project‑driven organizations, where shifting priorities and distributed execution often create gaps between strategic intent and project‑level action. This study examined how Senior Leadership Communication Practices influence Strategy–Execution Alignment and tested whether Organizational Culture for Alignment and Change Management Readiness mediate that relationship. A quantitative, cross‑sectional survey was administered to 54 senior leaders in project‑driven environments.
