The entrepreneurial university has taken a prodigious influence globally and studies show the expedient value of entrepreneurship in education. Universities are performing various entrepreneurship activities alongside their main objectives of teaching and research. This study evaluates university faculty of different work experiences and positions of their perceptions toward the entrepreneurial university. Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference (LSD) comparisons were performed on participants work experience by evaluating certain factors of the entrepreneurship university. Independent sample t-tests were conducted to reveal faculty's awareness of entrepreneurship in their universities. The integrated set of prognostic domains (ISPD) of technology presented here provides a normative means to construct a wholly new process model for guiding Technology Management of Artificial Intelligent Systems (AIS). Seventeen domains represent all-inclusive stakeholder perspectives that encapsulate lifecycle analyses, evaluations, feasibilities, and tradeoffs with the domain contexts. Following Systems Model-Based thinking (SMBT), a postulated focal point interaction is the entry condition from which each domain is considered and thereafter traversed. This chapter evaluates the 12 countries' capital management practices according to the systematic public capital management and budgeting process described in Chapter 1. The chapter characterizes and classifies the management practices of the twelve countries based on the authors' evaluation using the case study descriptions. The authors offer some initial observations based on comparisons across the case study countries and analysis of relationships between capital management and budgeting practices and political, economic, and public sector variables. Toxic leaders affect nearly half of the U.S. employee base and create environments in which followers, peers, and staff might be less effective due to stress, devaluation, and potential job loss. The U.S. Federal Government had a turnover of more than 3.6 billion employees in 2018. The purpose of this secondary data analysis was to use data drawn from the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey to determine if there were a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction, employee engagement, and turnover intention among U.S. Federal Government employees. The population for this study consisted of 598,003 individuals surveyed in 2018. The multiple linear regression results revealed a statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction, employee engagement, and turnover intention, F(2, 563,432) = 33,273, p <.001, R² = .106. Herzberg’s motivationhygiene theory and Adams’s equity theory were used as frameworks for this study. The study can be extended to more specific branches of the U.S. Federal Government. The study could impact social change by allowing human resource managers to change strategies related to retention to decrease turnover and retain knowledge in the U.S. Federal Government. Retention efforts could be translated to other industries to create long-term employment and increase overall employee job satisfaction.
