Numerous studies show that the tax rate difference between parent and subsidiaries as well as among subsidiaries acts as the incentive for income shifting between multinational corporations (MNCs). Digital business models that emerged as an impact of digital transformation may exacerbate income shifting by MNCs. Halal tourism is becoming an emerging niche market to attract Muslim tourists to non-Muslim majority countries. This study aims to assess current conditions associated with the availability of halal-friendly tourism elements and services and future implications for halal tourism in Korea through the lenses of diaspora from Muslim-dominated countries, including Indonesia, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan. The positive trend of using telemedicine applications in Indonesia was significant in the earl of the COVID-19 pandemic, then gradually decreased. This study aims to determine the preferences of users of telemedicine applications and the desired features to be further developed satisfaction of users of telemedicine applications. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires about user preferences, including security, trust, convenience, and usefulness, through the google form application to 523 respondents, data analysis using descriptive approach. The aim of the research was to determine the efficiency of investing in companies that report on their corporate social responsibility (CSR) in developing markets. Companies that won the Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards 2020 were chosen for the study. We evaluate the correlation utilizing data from 36 firms from year observations of 2018 to 2020, using modified OLS estimation and regression analysis with modified panel data for heteroskedasticity and/or autocorrelation. The Indonesian Capital Market Review

This paper explores the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on crowdfunding by analyzing a 2-year sample of 7,024 rewards-based crowdfunding campaigns on the two major Russian platforms. The study employs a digital methods approach to demand and supply and multiple regression analysis. The findings show that COVID-19 and the associated lockdown had no immediate and straightforward effect on the crowdfunding sector, neither on backers nor on campaigns’ initiators. Thus, the crowdfunding sector unlike some other investment classes remains resilient to the global pandemic. This study aims to analyze the effect of bank ownership structure on loan growth before and during the pandemic. Specifically, we developed four models to capture different loan types provided in the Indonesian banking system; working capital, investment, consumer, and total loan growth. This study used 150 observations of commercial banks for 2019 (before the pandemic) and 2020 (during the pandemic). We conducted the regression method to test hypotheses. This study aims to examine how credit lending can improve MSEs performance, its impact on women micro and small entrepreneurs (PPMK) household welfare, and the determinants of their disinterest in subsidised loans. Using a sample of 82 PPMK households in Depok City and Bogor Regency with the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method, the results showed loans could boost business income. Still, the government’s credit with low-interest rates is not the primary choice due to limited knowledge, an obligation for collateral, and religious issues such as usury. This study also shows government credit assistance can improve the welfare of MSE households.
