Sejak kemunculannya di awal pandemi hingga terbitnya regulasi pemerintah tentang penyeragaman tarif yang mengatur ketentuan biaya pemeriksaan memberikan dampak terhadap penerimaan rumah sakit terutama pada Departemen Laboratorium. Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) menjadi acuan yang digunakan untuk menentukan kategori komposisi berat badan. Pengukuran IMT juga berkaitan dengan status gizi yang mempengaruhi kesehatan seseorang. Pada anak-anak yang memiliki berat badan berlebihan, lengkung kaki cenderung datar (flatfoot) karena beban yang ditumpu tubuh lebih besar, sehingga dapat menyebabkan diantaranya nyeri, cedera, gangguan berjalan, dan ketidakseimbangan ketika berdiri lama. Studi ini menggambarkan penyusutan arsip rekam medis di rumah sakit vertikal Kementerian Kesehatan menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan no. 269 Tahun 2008 tentang Rekam Medis. Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Rekam medis merupakan bagian dari arsip sesuai dengan definisi arsip yang mengacu pada Undang-undang No. 43 Tentang Kearsipan sehingga kegiatan penyusutan akan mendukung proses pengelolaan rekam medis secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Indonesia untuk mengembangkan program pendidikan/pelatihan jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang minat dan jenis pelatihan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dan menggunakan metode wawancara untuk mendapatkan data tentang infrasinfratruktur serta media yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran/pelatihan jarak jauh di Program Pendidikan Vokasi UI. This study investigates the financial innovation impact on bank market power in ASEAN banking from 2008 to 2018. It uses income diversification as a representative of financial innovation. The im- pact of countries’ development of financial innovation on market power is measured by the number of ATM, internet, and cellular phone users. The data panel regression model reveals that diversified banks may enjoy higher market power. This result rejects the banking restriction activity hypothesis, which states that a bank that diversifies its income stream results in increased competition. This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial obstacles and the capacity utilization of manufacturing firms. This study departs from previous studies in the literature by employing Bayesian linear regression analysis. The results demonstrate that financial constraints have a considerable negative effect on the capacity utilization of manufacturing enterprises, but access to credit lines has a positive effect. The sample consists of 1,494 private manufacturing firms in 31 Europe & Central Asian countries. Improving financial literacy among Indonesian youth is a long-term effort that requires multi- collaboration between the government, financial institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Research Aims: The purpose of this paper is to investigate how customer shopping values (utilitarian, hedonic, and symbolic) influence customer trust, engagement, and purchase intention for live stream selling on e-commerce marketplace platforms.

Research Aims: This research investigates the impact of a jingle associated with a top-brand product on consumer behavior, as assessed through short-term memory activity in the brain.

This study aims to investigate the impacts of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in total and individual performance (“E”, “S”, and “G”) on firms’ intellectual capital (IC) efficiency. The Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) and Modified Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (MVAIC) were used to measure IC efficiency. Meanwhile, the annual ESG index data from the ASEAN-4 were used to measure ESG from 2015 to 2020. The results show “E”, “S”, and “G” and total ESG positively affect firms’ efficiency in managing IC. This study aims to examine whether foreign institutional ownership and management incentives can prevent tax avoidance practices in companies. The study was carried out on the manufacturing companies registered on IDX in the 2018-2020 period with 150 observations taken from 50 samples of companies. The sample selection used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that ownership of foreign institutions and management incentives negatively affect tax avoidance, which means that both factors can reduce tax avoidance. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has led to the development of Islamic FinTech innovations to meet the needs of the Muslim community. This study analyzes the factors that determine the adoption of Sharia FinTech by halal MSME owners. The study utilized an exploratory method based on an online survey of halal MSME owners with 319 samples. The PLS-SEM analysis technique was chosen to prove the research hypothesis. Research Aims: This research aimed to investigate vertical partnerships between Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and first-tier automotive component firms based on the relationships between technology transfer, technical exchange, government role and supplier performance in the Greater Jakarta area.
Design/Methodology/Approach: A total of 65 respondent firms participated, comprising 6 OEMs and 59 first-tier firms. The research included site visits and interviews with companies based on questionnaires completed by representative individuals from middle management upward with responsibility for assessing product quality (purposive sampling). Research Aims: This study explores the antecedents of customers’ behavioural intention to purchase on the social media platform. In addition, the T.E.A concept, the group of consequences of positive recommendation (PR), is developed by amalgamating trust (T), easiness (E), and amusement (A).

Research Aims: Expand the insights for social enterprises (SEs) to sustain their economic and social performance, considering the impact of leader’s motivation, entrepreneurial leadership, organisational agility, and competitive advantage.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The dataset was obtained from a survey of 102 SE strategic leaders in Indonesia, which was processed using PLS and SEM to test the hypothesis.
Research Findings: Motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial leadership but not on organisational agility. Research Aims: This study aimed to reveal the underlying attributes of the customer experience in the sharing economy of online food delivery (OFD).
Design/Methodology/Approach: After collecting 45,116 reviews from the Google Play store, a semantic network analysis was conducted. Python programming language and text mining were utilised to extract keywords from online reviews, a frequency analysis was performed, and a CONvergence of iterated CORrelations (CONCOR) analysis was conducted using Ucinet 6.0.
