Mass housing projects in Northern Nigeria often suffer from insufficient risk management, impacting timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. This study assesses risk vulnerabilities in selected mass housing infrastructure projects, focusing on information risks related to roles, responsibilities, scope, requirements, and operations. A mixed-methods approach was employed, with data collected from 465 construction professionals across 20 states, with a 64.58% response rate. Analytical tools, including regression and Pearson correlation, identified critical risks such as underfunding, weak project monitoring and control, and the failure to deliver end-user value. This study investigates the influence of logistics factors on the procurement of construction materials in Lokoja, Kogi State, aiming to identify and rank the critical elements affecting material procurement in building projects. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed across nineteen neighborhoods in Lokoja using a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while the T-test assessed the significance of identified logistics factors. This study investigates the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude, risk perception, and financial behavior on investment decisions. Employing a survey method with 342 respondents in Jakarta, the findings reveal that financial literacy has a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions. In contrast, risk perception plays a crucial role in influencing investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior has an indirect mediating effect between financial literacy and risk perception on investment decisions but does not affect financial attitude. This study aims to empirically prove the effect of corporate performance on the quality of corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports, moderated by the company's life cycle stages. Research Aims: This study examines the effects of organisational culture, employee motivation, performance appraisal, and the work environment as a moderator on job satisfaction in Bali's hotel industry, addressing gaps in HRM literature.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Data were collected via structured questionnaires from 305 hotel employees in Bali. SmartPLS software analysis included model evaluation, validity testing, and path coefficient and moderator analyses.

Research Aims: With cultural sensitivity acting as a moderating factor, this study investigates the effects of pricing strategy, cleanliness, meal quality, and service quality on customer loyalty and brand recognition of Indonesian restaurants in Taiwan.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Four hundred overseas respondents participated in a structured survey; partial least squares (PLS) and structural equation modelling (SEM) were used to analyse the results.

Research Findings: The findings indicated that while service quality and cleanliness had no discernible impact, food quality and pricing strategy greatly enhanced consumer loyalty. Cultural sensitivity bolstered the favourable correlation between loyalty and food quality.

This study analyzes the trends, content, and factors influencing corporate tax disclosure in Indonesia based on GRI Standard 207. Data were obtained from sustainability reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2021–2023 and analyzed using content analysis, descriptive methods, and panel data regression. The findings show a significant increase in tax disclosure in line with GRI Standard 207 from 2021 to 2023. While HRM practices can enhance employee well-being through various mechanisms, they can also negatively impact well-being, especially in contexts of high-demand jobs. This study investigates the mediating roles of job crafting and work engagement in this relationship. Data from 100 hotel employees in Bandung, Indonesia, were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). While HRM practices did not directly influence well-being, they significantly impacted job crafting. Private digital currency is no longer limited to shadow banking issues but has also entered shadow central banking, putting Bank Indonesia to adopt the CBDC. This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic, accessibility, and demographic aspects on CBDC implementation, as well as the impact of publicity on changes in the behavior of economic actors in using CBDC in Indonesia. The results of the study show that GRDP, gini ratio, ICT, and bank accounts have an effect on CBDC. Publicity affects changes in the behavior of economic actors in increasing the conversion of fiat money to CBDC.
