This study examines the relationship between culture and economic development using the case of the Igbo ethnic group of Southeastern Nigeria. The Igbo traditional apprenticeship system has been widely described in contemporary political economy literature as a model for stakeholder capitalism and shared prosperity for sustainable entrepreneurial development. This study draws a sample of 2,000 entrepreneurs from five business clusters across Nigeria in Aba, Onitsha, Nnewi, Lagos and Abuja to ascertain if there is a significant difference between the entrepreneurs who passed through the traditional apprenticeship system and those who did not. This qualitative multiple case study explored the perspectives of non-academic employees in private higher education institutions (HEIs) in the Northeast United States on the availability of formal career pathing, professional development opportunities, and succession planning impacting engagement and retention. The researcher conducted semi-structured one-on-one interviews with 20 non-academic employees across five private higher education institutions in various career stages and divisions, including human resources, student affairs, facilities, academic affairs, information technology, and development. This qualitative, flexible design, multi-case study explored the financial impact of COVID-19 on foreign-born Filipino Asian Immigrant entrepreneurs. Specifically, what impact it had on this ethnic group in Duval County, Florida. This body of research sought to determine the challenges faced by these entrepreneurs along with how they were impacted by this event, and the lessons learned. During the research phase, 46 firms were contacted, and some were discovered to have been closed and others ineligible for the study. The qualitative single case study examined the turnover behavior of millennial employees in the financial sector of Midwest America and the implications for human resource management. The research employed the use of semi-structured interview questions that were utilized to gather pertinent information from 21 participants who met the research criteria. Crowdsourcing strategizing is the application of crowdsourcing for organizational strategy development. While crowdsourcing is experiencing popularity in application and discussion, the concept is not new. However, literature on the value of crowdsourcing strategizing is not widespread in academic or business works. This qualitative case study explored crowdsourcing strategizing in Richmond, Virginia metro area nonprofits. The study was conducted to explore the lack of understanding on the value of crowdsourcing strategizing, with a focus on leaderships perspective of value. Even among churched Millennials, only 48% of church-attending Millennials are church members. The researcher conducted 21 semistructured interviews with critical decision makers involving executive, senior, and middle managers at three health centers in Texas to obtain a better understanding of their perspective on strategic planning and management.
