Nontraditional Adult Learners exist worldwide. These potential students can improve self-confidence, increase their wages, and improve workforce opportunities with provided education opportunities. This current study explores value proposition within private institutions with the influence of marketing to the nontraditional adult learner. Exploration includes the challenges and constraints the nontraditional student faces and the impact these challenges present. Marketing programs directed to specific populations and the component that the marketing strategy implements for post-secondary educational opportunities.

The effectiveness of performance appraisals concerning employee motivation and organizational outcomes has had a prominent presence in research over the years due to concerns about how failed appraisal processes hinder performance improvement, human resource functions, and corporate objectives. How employees perceive the review process plays a significant role in whether or not the method will deliver the intended motivators, such as feedback and job satisfaction. This study will focus on how perceptions of bias influence an employee’s drive to perform in the future among Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) within three Promedica skilled nursing facilities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Women have remained stagnant within lower level to middle management roles, very rarely exceeding to senior level positions. The gender preference for senior level management, such as chief executive officers, vice presidents, senior vice presidents, and directors, has been that of men, with perceptions, biases, and stereotypes hindering advancement.
