The purpose of this study was to better understand the factors that influenced first-semester college-athletes’ ability to succeed academically in the transition to collegiate life, focusing specifically on not only the factors that contributed to academic success but also those the athletes considered to be challenges or barriers during their first semester in college. This project paper is to analyse and understand Musang King Durian (MSKD) for its fruit, plantation, and market, especially its export to the China market. A comparison is also made with Thailand’s Monthong durian. Research findings are used to recommend solutions to the identified challenges. Porter’s Five Forces model and SCCMT are applied to provide in-depth figures supporting the proposed recommendations. The study includes a projection of China’s durian market size in 2030, identifying that Malaysia’s MSKD is capable of achieving 10 percent of China’s market share. Objective: The COVID-19 pandemic subjected healthcare systems' to decreasing operational margins, enhanced regulatory scrutiny, and challenges related to patients' expectations. Until now, there was a lack of empirical evidence studying patients' perceptions prior to versus deep immersion into the pandemic. Methods: This quantitative non-experimental ex post facto causal-comparative study examined if and to what extent there were significant differences in patients' perceptions of the nurses' communications, doctors' communications, overall hospital rating, and willingness to recommend before versus during the COVID-19 pandemic for HCAHPS participating hospitals in California. Responding to the Supreme Court’s 2023 Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College (SFFA) decision invalidating race-conscious admission policies in a public and private university, I urge an emphasis on pipeline programs to ensure law school admissions pools include racially diverse applicants. I detail my school’s pipeline programs for high school, college students, and recent college graduates—both as these programs were implemented before the Court’s decision and as they changed in its wake—as examples of what law schools generally, and collectively, should be doing. This article demonstrates how faculty and DEI experts can use resources included in this paper to highlight how a range of stereotypes are created and reinforced in television ads, and it identifies several topics for future analysis. To understand how depictions of gender, class, age, and race intersect in 8 television ads featuring the relationship between the race of individuals depicted in romantic and platonic relationships this article examines 4 pairs of commercials from 2011-2013 and 2021-2022. In recent years, educational leadership has come under increased scrutiny due to rising expectations and demands for accountability. Despite the proliferation of leadership models, there remains a notable gap in comprehensive reviews that connect progressive leadership theories with fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in education. This narrative literature review aims to identify pertinent theories of educational leadership—such as instructional, distributed, and transformational leadership—and explore their potential applications in driving innovation and entrepreneurship within educational settings. Under 300 pages, Pity serves as an aspiring writer’s keepsake. Concision lies at the heart of Pity. The key concepts of writing well are distilled into irreverent, memorable lines and axioms. The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore Black entrepreneur women’s personal development and its effect on their self-identity. The study specifically aimed to explore personal development, entrepreneurship, and self-identity as they related to and affected Black entrepreneur women, in the United States, and their experiences with oppression, challenges, barriers, intersectionality, and systemic subordination. Historically, Black entrepreneur women have experienced systematic oppression and faced increased challenges that have and continue to negatively affect their entrepreneurial progress and their self-identity. Academic advisors in higher education serve as more than a resource for planning classes. These student affairs professionals also assist with success plans, identifying career paths, connecting students with relevant campus resources, and working through academic and personal concerns. Over time, the field of academic advising has transitioned from a prescriptive form of advising that consisted primarily of transactional interactions to a hybrid approach that incorporates developmental advising or helping to develop the whole student. The accountancy profession faces one of its most challenging periods as several factors converge to disrupt it. Technological advancements, the expanding role of accountants, declining student interest in accountancy, and increasing expectations for uniquely human capital all exert pressure on the profession to reinvent itself or face marginalisation. This study, funded by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), examines trends in the accountancy profession alongside accountancy education in Singapore. Its goal is to formulate a fit-for-purpose accountancy education for the new economy.

This worthwhile cooperation promotes greater social understanding, cultural progress, and improved levels of social and economic inclusion in society.
