This thesis is a documentation of my rehearsal and performance process in the University of Nebraska’s 1999 production of Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov. The document is composed in six parts: introduction, research, rehearsal and performance, journal, responses, conclusion and appendix.The introduction gives a general overview of my thoughts on acting and how this project was chosen.
