\the ‘I’ in Invisible\ is a work of autoethnography that looks at the Black male body as a moved site of analysis to illuminate the performance of Black masculinity in Western concert dance as a means towards social survival by highlighting perceptions and tropes of Black, male bodies in motion. It is explored by looking at the embodiment of Alvin Ailey and William Henry Lane (also known as Master Juba) as case studies. This thesis reflects upon grind culture's effect on the millennial generation, beginning with an examination of the origins of our modern-day grind culture and how it continues to encourage us to overwork ourselves to burnout. By investigating late-stage capitalism's influence on my life and my emotional capabilities as a dancer and a parent, I aim to chart an alternative path forward. This thesis chronicles this moment in time as I challenge myself to find a new way to exist in resistance to the grind with embodiment and rest practices not only for my own life but my family as well.

The performative nature of concert dance requires a profound awareness and understanding of the body and the mind. Formal dance training situates an environment where the investigation of the body is crucial, often leaving the responsibility of internal inquiry to the dancer. In my experience as a Black, Queer, and Trans/Non-Binary person assigned male at birth, this investigation has been incredibly difficult. This research explores not only the sub-cultural context that influenced my resistance to emotional maturity but also the places that shaped my connection to vulnerability and how I’ve been able to access it. งานวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตของนักแสดงเดี่ยวในละครแนวสมจริง โดยใช้บท กราวด์ เป็นกรณีศึกษา ผ่านการฝึกชี่กงควบคู่กับแนวทางไซโคฟิสิคัล ภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตหมายถึงภาวะที่กายและจิตทำงานสอดประสาน มีพลังงานภายในที่ไหลลื่นและตอบสนองต่อสิ่งเร้าได้อย่างสมดุล สมมติฐานของงานวิจัยคือ การฝึกชี่กงและแนวทางไซโคฟิสิคัลเน้นแนวทางของลาบานและเชคอฟจะช่วยให้นักแสดงมีภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิต ส่งผลให้สามารถถ่ายทอดตัวละครได้อย่างมีพลัง ทำให้สามารถสื่อสารหลักของบทละครได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การฝึกแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ การเตรียมฐานกายจิตด้วยชี่กง การใช้ Eight Efforts ของลาบาน และการเข้าถึงภาวะภายในผ่าน Psychological Gesture, Archetypes, Image Work ก่อนทำการแสดงจริง 3 รอบ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากวิดีโอการแสดง แบบสอบถามผู้ชม ความเห็นจากผู้กำกับ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และบันทึกของผู้วิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชี่กงมีบทบาทหลักในการวางฐานกายจิตและเปิดการรับรู้พื้นที่ ส่วนแนวทางของลาบานและเชคอฟช่วยให้นักแสดงแปลงภาวะภายในเป็นการแสดงที่ทรงพลัง ผู้ชมส่วนใหญ่รับรู้พลังงานจากนักแสดงได้แม้ในช่วงไร้บทพูด งานวิจัยจึงเสนอว่า ลำดับการฝึกที่เริ่มจากชี่กงแล้วต่อด้วยไซโคฟิสิคัล เหมาะอย่างยิ่งกับการแสดงเดี่ยวแนวสมจริงที่ต้องการภาวะพร้อมทางกายจิตของนักแสดงที่ส่งพลังถึงผู้ชมได้ทั้งพื้นที่

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์การประยุกต์ใช้แบบฝึกหัดการแสดงด้วยหน้ากาก ได้แก่ หน้ากากนูทรัล หน้ากากตัวละคร และคอมเมเดีย เดลลาร์เต เพื่อพัฒนาและฝึกฝนทักษะการแสดงตลกจำอวดของนักแสดง กรณีศึกษาบทบาทของเบอร์นาร์ดจากเรื่อง โบอิ้ง-โบอิ้ง ของมาร์ค คาโมเลตติ โดยศึกษาความสัมพันธ์โรแมนติกที่ซับซ้อนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงอารมณ์อย่างรวดเร็วของเบอร์นาร์ดที่ส่งผลต่อการแสดงออกทางกายภาพ กระบวนการฝึกฝนใช้เทคนิคการแสดงหน้ากากของฌาคส์ เลอค็อก เริ่มต้นด้วยการฝึกหน้ากากนูทรัลเพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมตนเอง ตามด้วยหน้ากากตัวละครเพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงของตัวละคร และต่อเนื่องด้วยหน้ากากคอมเมเดีย เดลลาร์เต โดยเฉพาะอาร์เลคคีโน ซานนี และกัปปิตาโน นอกจากนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทดลองใช้หน้ากากกาย ฟอว์คส์ เพื่อสำรวจมุมมองใหม่ในการเข้าถึงบุคลิกภาพที่แตกต่างจากตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนความรู้สึกภายในและตัวละคร สามารถขจัดบุคลิกภาพเดิม เช่น ความอ่อนโยน นุ่มนวล และสร้างกายภาพใหม่ที่แสดงออกถึงอัตลักษณ์ความเป็นชาย ทั้งในด้านความมั่นใจ ความเจ้าเล่ห์ และการเคลื่อนไหวที่เฉียบคม การทดลองนี้ยังส่งผลต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนและขยายลักษณะทางกายภาพในฐานะตัวละครและนักแสดง รวมถึงใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการค้นหาภาษากายที่เหมาะสมกับตัวละคร จากการฝึกฝน ผู้วิจัยพบว่าตนเองในฐานะนักแสดงมีการพัฒนาการใช้ร่างกายเพื่อการแสดงที่ดีขึ้นและมีอิสระในการใช้ร่างกาย ลดการใช้ความคิด และเพิ่มความคล่องตัวในการควบคุมท่าทางและจังหวะการเคลื่อนไหวที่ราบรื่น ซึ่งนำไปสู่การแสดงเป็นเบอร์นาร์ดในละครตลกจำอวดที่มีจังหวะและสร้างอารมณ์ขันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและค้นหากลวิธีการเขียนบทละครเวทีแนวสยองขวัญเชิงจิตวิทยาว่าด้วยเรื่องความโดดเดี่ยวจากการเพิกเฉยทางอารมณ์ในวัยเด็ก ผู้วิจัยมุ่งศึกษาแนวคิดและองค์ประกอบบทแนวสยองขวัญเชิงจิตวิทยาที่ปรากฏในบทความของ เจสัน เฮเลอร์แมน (2024) และ ไอวี่ ลอฟเบิร์ก (2016) รวมถึงแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการใช้องค์ประกอบละครเวทีในการเขียนบทละครเวทีแนวสยองขวัญจากงานวิจัยของ เอมิลี่ โอดันเนิล (2018) เพื่อค้นหากลวิธีในการเขียนบทละครเวทีแนวสยองขวัญเชิงจิตวิทยา โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกศึกษาข้อมูลทางจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับความโดดเดี่ยวจากการเพิกเฉยทางอารมณ์ในวัยเด็กเพื่อใช้สภาวะดังกล่าวเป็นประเด็นหลักของเรื่อง (main theme) จากนั้นผู้วิจัยนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้มาสร้างสรรค์บทละครเวทีแนวสยองขวัญเชิงจิตวิทยาเรื่อง ว้าง โดยมุ่งใช้แนวคิดและองค์ประกอบของบทแนวดังกล่าวในการทำให้ผู้ชมสามารถเข้าใจสภาวะดังกล่าวและตระหนักถึงผลเสียของการเพิกเฉยทางอารมณ์ในวัยเด็กได้ ผู้วิจัยจัดแสดงละครเวทีเรื่อง ว้าง ในรูปแบบการอ่านบท (staged reading) เพื่อเก็บความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมผ่านแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ชมสามารถเข้าใจและตระหนักถึงผลเสียของการเพิกเฉยทางอารมณ์ในวัยเด็กได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้ชมส่วนหนึ่งให้ความเห็นว่าความคลุมเครือของเรื่องและตัวละคร ‘ผี’ ส่งผลให้ประเด็นหลักของเรื่องไม่ชัดเจน โดยจากการวิเคราะห์ผล ผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าเนื่องจากบทแนวดังกล่าวมีความคลุมเครือเป็นหนึ่งในองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ผู้เขียนบทจึงต้องให้ความสำคัญและคำนึงถึงกลวิธีการสร้างความชัดเจนให้กับนัยยะที่ต้องการสื่อผ่านความสยองขวัญในเรื่องเพื่อให้ประเด็นหลักและสารของเรื่องถูกนำเสนออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This research explores the application of Stella Adler’s and Michael Chekhov’s acting techniques in portraying characters with mental health conditions, focusing specifically on Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Recognising the complexity of these conditions, which often involve emotional instability, identity disturbance, and behavioural contradictions, the study examines the challenges actors face in authentically representing both the internal psychological states and external behaviours of such characters. งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการแสดงของไมเคิล เชคอฟ (Michael Chekhov) ในการพัฒนาทักษะด้านความเชื่อในตัวละครและสมาธิ ผ่านกระบวนการฝึกซ้อมบทบาท “โลมอฟ” จากละครเรื่อง “The Proposal” ซึ่งเป็นละครแนวฟาร์ซที่มีความซับซ้อนทั้งทางอารมณ์และจังหวะการแสดง การใช้เทคนิคเชคอฟช่วยให้นักแสดงสามารถเข้าถึงสภาวะภายในของตัวละครได้อย่างลึกซึ้งมากขึ้น และเสริมสร้างสมาธิที่มั่นคงระหว่างการแสดง ส่งผลให้สามารถถ่ายทอดอารมณ์และพลังของบทบาทได้อย่างเต็มที่ ในกระบวนการฝึกซ้อมผู้วิจัยได้เผชิญกับความท้าทายเรื่องการใช้พลังงานทางร่างกายที่ส่งผลต่อการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์และความเข้มข้นของตัวละคร จึงมีการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการฝึกซ้อมโดยเน้นการปรับสมดุลของพลังงานและการตอบสนองในกลุ่มนักแสดง ผลจากการปรับวิธีฝึกนี้ทำให้เกิดพัฒนาการที่ชัดเจนทั้งในด้านความมั่นใจและการแสดงออกของนักแสดงแม้ว่าในวันแสดงจริงจะมีข้อจำกัดจากเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหว ทำให้การแสดงสามารถจัดขึ้นได้เพียงรอบเดียว และไม่สามารถเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ชมได้อย่างครบถ้วน แต่ผลการประเมินจากการสะท้อนตนเองของผู้วิจัย รวมถึงความคิดเห็นจากผู้กำกับและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ยังคงยืนยันว่าเทคนิคของไมเคิล เชคอฟเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาทักษะการแสดงอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเฉพาะในด้านการสร้างและรักษาภาวะตัวละครที่มีความซับซ้อนและหลากหลายทางอารมณ์

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์นาฏกรรม “มรณานุสติของอินทรชิต” โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ และการทดลองสร้างสรรค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อินทรชิตเป็นตัวละครในเรื่องรามเกียรติ์ ซึ่งเป็นวรรณกรรมที่ได้รับอิทธิพลมาจากรามายณะของฮินดู การที่อินทรชิตตระหนักถึงการเข้าสู่ความตายของตนเอง สอดคล้องกับหลักมรณานุสติในพระพุทธศาสนา จึงมีการกำหนดแนวคิดการแสดงเพื่อนำเสนอการระลึกถึงความตายของอินทรชิต ผ่านการแสดงเดี่ยวในรูปแบบนาฏกรรมไทยร่วมสมัย มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 7 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) บทบาทตัวละคร 1 ตัวละคร คือ อินทรชิต วิเคราะห์ตามหลักขันธ์ 5 2) เครื่องแต่งกาย จำแนกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ ศิราภรณ์ พัสตราภรณ์ และถนิมพิมพาภรณ์ 3) บทพากย์และเจรจา ปรับกลอนบทละครเป็นบทพากย์และเจรจา รวม 10 บท 4) ดนตรีประกอบการแสดง เป็นดนตรีไทยร่วมสมัยแทรกคำพากย์และเจรจา ประสานเสียงชาย-หญิง 5) ภาพร่างเรื่องราว มีจำนวน 7 ฉาก ได้แก่ ฉากที่ 1 สนามรบ ฉากที่ 2 นอกกำแพงกรุงลงกา ฉากที่ 3 โถงทางเดิน ฉากที่ 4 ที่ไสยาทศกัณฐ์ ฉากที่ 5 เคลื่อนทัพ ฉากที่ 6 สนามรบ และฉากที่ 7 มรณานุสติ 6) ฉากการแสดง นำเครื่องฉายภาพและวีดิทัศน์ (Projector) ฉายลงบนผ้าขาว 7) ท่ารำและพื้นที่แสดง ท่ารำแบบนาฏยศิลป์ไทยร่วมสมัย เรียงจากท่าเล็ก (ท่าที่ระดับแขนอยู่ล่าง) ไปท่าใหญ่ (ท่าที่ระดับแขนอยู่บน) และกำหนดแรงของการเคลื่อนไหวท่ารำช้า-เร็ว-ช้าตามลำดับ พื้นที่แสดงแบ่งส่วนตามกฎ 3 ส่วน (Rule of Thirds) ทิศทางการเคลื่อนที่เป็น 8 ทิศ การทดลองสร้างสรรค์นี้เป็นการนำมรณานุสติในพระพุทธศาสนาซึ่งเป็นนามธรรม มาถ่ายทอดผ่านอินทรชิตตัวละครสำคัญในรามเกียรติ์ให้เกิดเป็นรูปธรรมที่สามารถสื่อสารให้รับรู้และเข้าใจได้

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ละครรำเรื่องธรรมาธรรมะสงครามเป็นวิจัยแบบผสมผสานประกอบด้วยการค้นคว้าเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ และการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานนาฏยศิลป์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ธรรมาธรรมะสงคราม พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงพระราชนิพนธ์ขึ้นเป็นบทพากย์ มีความโดดเด่นในเรื่องคุณธรรม เคยนำมาจัดแสดงแนวโขนแต่ไม่ได้รับความนิยมผู้วิจัยสนใจนำบทพระราชนิพนธ์จัดทำในรูปแบบละครรำ การทดลองสร้างงานในครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมาใหม่แต่งยังคงยึดรูปแบบจารีตของละครรำ มีกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วย 1.บทละคร เป็นการถอดความจากบทพากย์พระราชนิพนธ์เรื่องธรรมาธรรมะสงคราม มาทำเป็นบทละคร โดยคงรูปแบบของคำศัพท์เดิมไว้ให้มากที่สุด 2.การบรรจุเพลง ได้แก่ เพลงช้าประสม เพลงเวสสุกรรม(ประสานเสียง) และสอดแทรกการสวดโอ้เอ้วิหารราย 3.เครื่องแต่งกาย ออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกายตัวละครธรรมะเทวบุตร และอธรรมะเทวบุตร 4.การออกแบบท่ารำ ได้แก่ 1.ท่ารำเฉพาะของตัวละคร 2.ท่ารำกลมบนราชรถ 3.กระบวนท่ารบบนราชรถ โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านต่าง ๆ ในการทดลองสร้างงานในครั้งนี้หากมีแนวคิดที่ดี ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องสามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “การแสดงโขนโรงเรียนสาธิต” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดแสดงโขนของโรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมุ่งศึกษากระบวนการจัดแสดงโขนที่ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องในช่วง พ.ศ. 2562–2567 การวิจัยฉบับนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสาร ได้แก่ หนังสือ วิจัย บทความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนาฏยศิลป์ โขน การจัดการแสดง เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์และโขน ผู้ฝึกสอน ผู้เรียน และผู้ปกครอง และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนสาธิตระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีการจัดแสดงโขนอย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2554 ถึงปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม) ใช้ทฤษฎีพหุปัญญา โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ใช้แนวคิด 1 ศ 5 ส และโรงเรียนดรุณสิกขาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ใช้การเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้วยปัญญา แต่ละโรงเรียนมีแนวทางการสอนที่แตกต่างกันตามปรัชญาการศึกษา แต่มีพันธกิจร่วมกันในการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ ผู้เรียน และผู้ปกครอง การจัดแสดงโขนในโรงเรียนสาธิตมีบทบาทสำคัญในการอนุรักษ์และเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมไทยให้เยาวชน ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ ทักษะชีวิต และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน เช่น ความมีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ และความภาคภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมไทย ควรมีการศึกษาทฤษฎีหรือแนวคิดอื่นเพิ่มเติมเพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการสอนโขนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปรับการดำเนินการสร้างงานนาฏกรรมในรายวิชาศิลปนิพนธ์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยกำหนดขอบเขตการศึกษาเฉพาะช่วงปีการศึกษา 2563–2565 และศึกษาจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่เปิดสอนวิชาศิลปนิพนธ์ด้านนาฏยกรรมไทยจำนวน 7 สถาบัน ได้แก่ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏธนบุรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จากการศึกษาพบว่า รายวิชาศิลปนิพนธ์ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภทคือ ศิลปนิพนธ์เชิงอนุรักษ์ และศิลปนิพนธ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ ในช่วงก่อนเกิดการแพร่ระบาด นิยมจัดแสดงผลงานบนเวทีต่อสาธารณชน แต่ในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 พบปัญหาในหลายด้าน ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านสถานที่ ด้านอุปกรณ์ ด้านความเสถียรของสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านสมาธิ และสภาพจิตใจของผู้เรียน ปัญหาเฉพาะของศิลปนิพนธ์เชิงอนุรักษ์ ได้แก่ ด้านการต่อท่ารำ ด้านการงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ และด้านคุณภาพผลงาน ส่วนศิลปนิพนธ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์พบปัญหาด้านสถานที่ ด้านการฝึกซ้อม การลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูล การจำกัดจำนวนผู้แสดง และด้านงบประมาณ การปรับรูปแบบการนำเสนอศิลปนิพนธ์ในช่วงวิกฤตนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ 1) ด๊านซ์ฟิล์ม (Dance Film) ซึ่งใช้เทคนิคภาพยนตร์มาสนับสนุนการแสดงท่านาฏยศิลป์ 2) การบันทึกวีดิทัศน์ เน้นการถ่ายทอดท่ารำ 3) การแสดงสดบนเวทีซึ่งกลับมาใช้เมื่อสถานการณ์คลี่คลายผลการศึกษาสะท้อนถึงความสามารถในการปรับตัวของทั้งผู้เรียนและผู้สอนภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของสถานการณ์ การใช้เทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสารทางไกลมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนศิลปนิพนธ์ในยุควิกฤต

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการกำกับการแสดงละครเวทีตามแนวทางของละครประเภทโศกนาฏกรรมจำอวด (Tragic Farce) ผ่านกรณีศึกษาการกำกับการแสดงละครเวทีเรื่อง เดอะ เมดส์ (The Maids) ของ ฌอง เฌอเนต์ โดยมุ่งหมายในการถ่ายทอดประเด็น “การหลีกหนีความเป็นจริง” (Escapism) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดเชิงจิตวิทยาที่อ้างอิงจากทฤษฎีจิตวิเคราะห์ของซิกมันด์ ฟรอยด์ โดยเฉพาะแนวคิดเรื่องกลไกการป้องกันตนเอง (Defense Mechanisms) ผู้วิจัยในฐานะผู้กำกับการแสดงได้ออกแบบและดำเนินกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการตีความบทละคร การพัฒนาแนวทางการกำกับการแสดงที่บูรณาการองค์ประกอบของโศกนาฏกรรมกับลักษณะตลกร้ายของละครจำอวด การฝึกซ้อมกับนักแสดง การออกแบบองค์ประกอบศิลป์ และการจัดการแสดงต่อผู้ชมจริง รวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลปฏิกิริยาของผู้ชมจำนวน 325 คน โดยอาศัยทั้งวิธีการเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าผู้ชมส่วนใหญ่สามารถรับรู้และเข้าใจสาระสำคัญของประเด็น “การหลีกหนีความเป็นจริง” ได้อย่างชัดเจน และมีปฏิกิริยาทางอารมณ์ที่สะท้อนถึงการเข้าถึงแก่นสารของบทละคร การกำกับการแสดงตามแนวทางโศกนาฏกรรมจำอวดช่วยลดทอนภาวะตึงเครียดของผู้ชมลง ขณะเดียวกันยังสามารถคงไว้ซึ่งความเข้มข้นทางความหมายและพลังของสารที่ต้องการสื่อ ผลการวิจัยยืนยันว่าการกำกับการแสดงละครเวทีโดยผสานแนวคิดทางจิตวิทยาเข้ากับรูปแบบโศกนาฏกรรมจำอวดสามารถเป็นแนวทางที่ทรงประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสารประเด็นทางจิตใจที่ซับซ้อนในบริบทร่วมสมัย และส่งเสริมให้เกิดการใคร่ครวญตนเองในหมู่ผู้ชมได้อย่างลุ่มลึก

The present study examined the behavioral working memory differences between dancers and non-dancers. Previous research has indicated that dance can provide an enhancing effect on working memory, particularly in non-dancers. A Dance History Questionnaire along with the letters backward, digits backward, digits forward, letters forward, and abstract visual subtests of the Test of Learning and Memory II was used to collect data. The current study found that dancers had greater visuospatial memory than non-dancers and that dance experience may have an effect on certain working memory tests such as the letters forward subtest.

This mixed methods action research intervention study analyzed the influence of social music improvisation (SMI) on students' behaviors and perceptions of their connectedness to others in a virtual middle school classroom setting. Nine 10-minute SMI sessions allowed for the accumulation of data, with two additional pre-sessions being informative and exploratory to describe the SMI intervention and practice its aspects with participants in the intervention group. This study acquired pretest and posttest data from the Hemingway Measure of Adolescent Connectedness (Karcher, 2005) and observational information through process coding and field notes.
