This dissertation aim to discuss the rule and the responsibility of Christian's priests especially from the Catholic's point of views. Therefore, they were compared to the role and the responsibility of ulama in Islam. This dissertation contains five chapter, and is preceeded by an introduction and ended by a conclusion. The Introductory part is a general discussion of the dissertation follows by the First Chapter that discusses about church and St. Peter as the pioneer of church institution.
