French asking French to investigate Isaac Vennevick of Bismarck, who has been sending threatening letters to Langer and other officials. In the latest letter, Vennevick has threatened to shoot to kill and to burn down the Grand Pacific Hotel. Langer asks French to investigate throroughly and make a report.
