This is a handwritten copy of a deed from Alice J. Cornell to C. W. Miller. This legal document, dated September 6, 1873, transfers real estate from Alice J. Cornell, sister of John B. Cornell, to C. W. Miller. The document was amended later in 1880 with a note that states, "destroyed by fire Jan. 31 AD 1879."
