Although my project began as a comparative study, it ended up as being the separate study of two poets. But even in approaching the poets separately, I have found that their points of views do come together at important places as I have shown in the final chapter (Blake and Yeats: Crossing Visions). The poets converge most strongly, from my point of view on the issue of sexuality. Both feel that a body-soul duality is a great reason for man's inhumanity to man.
