The Coastal Review
This paper explores the concepts of "Border Culture" and "Borderlands" by Gloria Anzaldúa in Soy la Avon Lady and Other Stories, Homicide Survivors Picnic and Other Stories, by Lorraine López and the novel Mijito Doesn’t Live Here Anymore by Jaime Martínez. The paper argues that the Mexican American character in the southeast of the United States lives in the "Borderlands" and practices a "Border Culture" because they don't follow the traditional stereotypical role of the Mexican American character within the literary canon of both the dominant culture and Chicana/o literature.

Favissa: Past Archaeological Excavation Reports
In March 2022, a community excavation was conducted at Ḥorbat Neged (West), located north of the city of Sederot (Permit No. Z-23/2022; map.ref. 161721–916/605024–162). The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Sederot Economic Development Company, was directed by S. Tal, with the assistance of Y. Alamor (administration), H. Etel, Y. Cohen, M. Hazan Ozri and S. Shaked (field instruction), E. Aladjem (drone photography and surveying), R. Dagan, O. Rasiuk (consultation), A. Azoulay (plans), students from Sederot (Grades 3–12), and participants from the Sederot Agricultural School.

The Knife Between Despair And Delusion: Tragically Beautiful Hope Living On The Blade In Hesiod’S Works And Days, Grant Braught

Hope’s interpretation within Works and Days is a nuanced and particular issue on whether Hesiod portrays Hope as good or evil. This paper examines the arguments from the ongoing scholarly debate on whether Hope should be interpreted as good or bad and introduces why Hesiod’s portrayal of Hope is a lesson on its use for his audience. The previous scholarship argues for both interpretations of Hope but does not dive further into why Hesiod discusses it nor how he wanted humankind to interact with it. In short, the importance of Hope to a reader of Works and Days. …
