WE HAVE toiled, tried to co-operate and now we lay down our efforts. We sincerely hope that the records are accurate. The book contains the amusing and outstanding events that we as a staff carry out into life. Perhaps our vision has been blurred and missed some features, for this we apologize. The humor, we hope, will be looked upon fairly and may it be appreciated to the fullest, with malice to none. The rest lies with public opinion.

Many events have occurred during our years at Philadelphia Textile School. Some of them are important, others trivial. Of these it is possible for only a few to be here recorded. In the years to come, some chronicle, however, incomplete, may help to freshen the memories of the class of 1929.
With this purpose in mind, the ANALYSlS staff have labored to produce this volume.

In presenting this book the Board of Editors entertain the hope that the pleasant relationships formed during our three year sojourn at the Philadelphia Textile School will be perpetuated. The deep appreciation the Board of Editors have for the Director and instructors of the school, precludes the possibility of any intention, to offend their sensibilities. It is hoped that the printed matter will be received in the same spirit that it was written, and that is the spirit of good fellowship.

The staff, in sending forth this book, sincerely hope that it may, in the years to come, be emblematic of the comradeship at old Textile, and that this Analysis, may through the years be an ever better friend in recalling the problems and diversions of our school days.
