Phonemic Saturation in Arabic Syllables, its Status, and its Importance in Linguistic Expression

This research deals with a minor morphological phonetic phenomenon that does not exist in the established laws of the Arabic language, but rather belongs to the novel, and the reliable transmission of the words of the Arabs, both eloquent and colloquial, which is what is known as phonemic saturation in Arabic syllables.

Legal electoral terminology is a specialist subject within the broader legal language discourse. When translating into Arabic, even basic electoral terms can be translated differently in different Arab countries for various reasons due to different sources of inspiration. Most legal electoral terms have a variety of alternative equivalents within the relevant linguistic field or semi-legal domain. This paper discusses such alternatives while presenting problems related to the existing resources in the field. First there is an introduction which explains the role of metadiscourse markers in writing within the framework of the two paradigms of meaning suggested by Halliday, i.e. the textual and the interspersonal.
