الكتابة في (علم الزوائد الحديثية) ، تأخرت كثيرًا عن عصر التدوين الرسمي للسنّة النبوية الشريفة، ثم تأصيلها وتبويبها والاعتناء بصحيحها وسقيمها، ذلك أن الكتابة فيه، بحسب ما يوجد بين أيدينا من مراجع ودراسات، تأخرت إلى القرن الثامن الهجري، وقد ذكر بعض الباحثين أن أقدم مصنف هو للحافظ مغلطاي الحنفي المتوفي سنة (764ه) رحمه الله تعالى، أفرد فيه زوائد ابن حبان على الصحيحين . ثم شاع بعد ذلك وبخاصة على يدي الحافظ نور الدين الهيثمي المتوفى سنة (807هـ) رحمه الله تعالى، إلا أن أحدًا من هؤلاء المؤلفين الأئمة لم يعرِّف بهذا الفن، وإنما كان يكتفي بذكر شرط الكتاب في أوَّله .. …

هدفت الدراسة إلى تفنيد حالات قد في اللغة العربية. وقد اعتمدت المنهج التحليلي حيث عمدت إلى تحليل أوجه استعمال "قد" في شتى الأوجه التالية:

• تأتي إسماً بمعنى حسب، نحو: قد زيد درهم، أي حسبه. وقدي درهم، بغير نون أي حسبي.
• تأتي إسم فعل بمعنى كفى أو يكفي، نحو: قدني درهم، أي يكفيني والياء مفعول به.
• تفيد التوقع مع المضارع، نحو: قد يقدم الغائب.
• تفيد التقليل نحو: قد أفلح من اتقى الله، فالفلاح محقق. وتقريب الماضي من الحال، كقولك قد قام فلان، إذا كان قيامه في زمن قريب منك.

As an illustration major and English minor, my thesis melds the two mediums of the written word and visual imagery. One half of this thesis is a short story I’ve written about an old woman and her dog who become stranded in the deserts of New Mexico while on a camping trip following a coyote attack. Using the classic format of book illustrations, I chose 10 scenes from my story to interpret, decorate, and visually explain through the medium of traditional illustration: hand-drawn ink and watercolor drawings. Study abroad has been shown to improve students' linguistic and cultural competence, but students who gain their fluency abroad may struggle to adapt to the plethora of regional dialects they encounter in their studies and interactions after they've returned from their study abroad. The researchers of this study posited that learning Spanish in a domestic immersion context may improve a student's flexibility or tolerance for dialectal variation in regard to listening comprehension. At the end of the 1310s, Norman mathematician and astronomer Johannes de Muris (c. 1295-after 1344) reconceived the existing musical notation system on a mathematical foundation. His Notitia artis musicae dramatically increased the fidelity with which the system could represent complex rhythmic patterns. In recent years, musicologists, particularly Karen Desmond, have begun to incorporate the scholarship of historians of astronomy in their work on Muris and the Notitia. Using the foundation of existing literature on closely related topics such as the field of ASL interpreting, educational interpreting, education of DWD individuals, and research about specific disabilities occurring with d/Deafness, I compiled a literature review and created a theoretical conceptual framework concerning this topic. It was preceded by The Amish-Mennonites in North America, the first book of the Amish-Mennonite Heritage Series and compiled by the same authors. This article explores documents and photographs that record the migration of two Old Colony Mennonite women from Canada to Mexico in the 1920s. It focuses on the lives of two women, Sara Wiebe and Anna Enns, and their families. The archival materials document their arrival and travel companions. This study illustrates a researcher’s ability to analyze a limited archival record to broaden our understanding of Mennonite immigration to Mexico and the role of women in the Mennonite community at this time. Old Order Amish men did not own gasoline tractors or other large power farm implements to amplify their manhood, and Amish women did not own mechanical household appliances to symbolize their feminine role as housekeepers. Rejecting the notion of mechanized, capital-intensive agriculture in favor of traditional, labor-intensive family farming, the Old Order Amish of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, practiced a system of labor that necessarily required the crossing of strict gender-role boundaries. Although men primarily identified as farmers and women as homemakers, agricultural success among the Amish necessitated a significant degree of cooperation and mutual labor. In the words of one …
