This research tackles an essential syntactic notion that was simplified by linguists in many references. In fact, linguists have different views on this notion that is represented in the occurrence of the subject as indefinite in certain constructions. Some linguists advocated that freely, whereas others, who allowed that occasionally, attempted to find excuses and cases in which it is allowed to use indefinite subjects.

This research in focuses on the methods of Al-Nadhdham and Al-Jahidh on the issue of (Divine Preclusion) As-Sarfah. However, An-Nadhdham, the philosopher, had viewed assarfah as a major part of his theory in the Qur’anic Inimitability but denied the coherence of the Qur’an and established the unseen Inimitability for the Qur’an. On the other hand, Al-Jahidh also believed in the Divine Preclusion but with different definition and established a disagreement with his teacher on the matter of coherence.

This study aimed at determining the social, psychological, and physical stratigies used by teachers for facing the teaching stress among variables of: gender, educational stage, educational qulification, and specialization. To
achieve the study purpose the researcher constructed a questionnaire and distributed it among a sample consisting of (200) teachers (100 males, and 100 females) from the goverment schools in Tulkarm. Marcus William Hunt argues that, when co-parents disagree over whether to raise their child (or children) as a vegan, they should reach a compromise as a gift given by one parent to the other out of respect for his or her authority. Josh Millburn contends that Hunt’s proposal of parental compromise over veganism is unacceptable on the ground that it overlooks respect for animal rights, which bars compromising. However, he contemplates the possibility of parental compromise over “unusual eating,” of animal-based foods obtained without the violation of animal rights. I argue for zero parental compromise, rejecting a rights-oriented approach, and …

This study examined perceived brand attractiveness of and identification with fashion luxury brands given different levels of sexuality in advertisements. Sex in advertisements has become increasingly more common to generate attention and interest in fashion luxury products with limited research on its influence on the consumer. A sample of 1266 males and females completed a survey on brand attractiveness and identification after examining an advertisement of a luxury fashion product. Participants were assigned an advertisement that featured a same-gendered model at one of four levels of sexuality (fully clothed to nude).
