Urbanization of agricultural land is a serious problem in the study area, an important cause of desertification and a threat to national food security. The deterioration of the agricultural environment in the district of Abu al-Khasib beyond 2003 led to significant problems, especially after the division of agricultural land into residential and commercial plots of land ranged between 200 and 300 m2 only with low real estate values. This phenomenon leads to the transformation of rural areas into urban settlements with high population density. The objective of this study is to construct Caffarella based on the cognitive achievement development of complex thinking skills and cognitive wi th university students. The study consisted of (97) students, where the experimental group included (47) students, while the control group included (45) students. The two groups had applied composite thinking skills and cognitive achievement testing, which were constructed by the researcher. The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group of achievement in Measurement and Evaluation subject.
