Con un lenguaje fresco y sencillo, La niebla, el delirio realiza un trayecto imaginario por los mundos que trae la autora desde su memoria. Ente Trenes vagón capilla ardiente y vagón cementerio, el viaje sucede entre lugares de la infancia -"aparecimiento único de una lejanía, por más cerca que pueda estar"- y lugares inexistentes. Hay varios poemas en los que se percibe el equilibrio entre emoción, ritmo y tema.
