Envelope included postmarked March 27, August, Ga. and addressed "A. F. Cameron, No. 3 James St., Springfield, Mass." Envelope includes a printed return address "U.S. Arsenal Augusta, Georgia" with the phrase "Official Business" crossed out.

(Rosendale being a village in Springvale, County of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin).
