The purpose of this article is to describe the scope and depth of the historic corporate annual report collections in twelve academic/research libraries in North America. For many decades, a few major academic business libraries have been collecting and preserving corporate Annual Reports (ARS), the reports sent to shareholders documenting the financial status and future plans of the company. Today these historic collections provide more than a record of the companies’ finances; they provide a glimpse into the social and cultural thoughts from the past and the corporate stories of individual companies. Yolanda recalls having a wonderful childhood being raised by her mother. While in high school Yolanda joined Vocational Office Education at Jefferson High school. This program helped Yolanda learn basic bookkeeping and accounting as well as provide opportunities for a job while in high school. Yolanda took advantage of the program and learned as much as she could. Yolanda also worked for the Veterans Affairs as an administrative assistant for the pharmacists. Yolanda would go on to work for Petro Shopping Centers, Jack Cardwell, Media Copy and Texas Gas Services in the accounting and bookkeeping aspects of those businesses. Yolanda …

This Reader draws from the works of Robert E. Gard, professor at the University of Wisconsin, Extension. His chief areas of activity were in the theatre arts and in creative writing, with a strong side activity in collecting and publishing the folklore of the state. This study was aimed at investigating the management which was used to do the traditional performing art in Yogyakarta palace as a form of overcoming the cultural tourism crisises. The research used qualitative approach. Participant obser- vations, indepth interviews, documentation study were conducted to collect data. The results show that the management which was used to doing the traditional per- forming arts in Yogyakarta palace used management functions, like performance programe (planning), performance actuating, performance organize (organizing), and performance controll (controlling). The management applications could be used by Yogyakarta palace as a form of overcoming the cultural tourism crisises.

Raul Ramos purchased Han-D-Pak from Mr. Young. Raul admits not knowing much about owning a small business however he did see a need for the products within the local market. Raul worked out of a small grocery owned by his mother-in-law and had the help of his two brothers and mother. They would all work to package and deliver the products to the local grocery stores.
