The study aimed at identifying the role of the practical courses at the Faculty of Media at the Middle East University in providing its graduates with skills in the media labor market. The study adopted the media audience survey method. The Reality Of Media Training In Jordanian Media Institutions From The View Point Of Journalists - A Field Study, Kamel Khurshid Murad Dr., Saddam Al-Mashagbah Dr.

The article aimed to identify the reality of media training in Jordanian media institutions from the point of view of journalists in Jordan. It adopted a descriptive approach using a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample of (66) journalists in the Radio and Television Corporation, Petra Agency, daily newspapers, some electronic news websites, the Journalists Syndicate and some satellite channels. The results revealed that 43.9% of the media institutions have departments for training, and 51.5% are interested in holding training courses at a medium rate. This study aimed to identify the role of radio and television programmes in providing drug information to the Jordanian society. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and two special questionnaires were developed for the study. The study sample consisted of (287) employees from the pharmaceutical sector (pharmacists, doctors), and (389) members of the Jordanian public who visited Hamzah and Al-Bashir Hospitals in Amman, Jordan. In a 2014 research study, Dr. Steve Rundle examined the impacts of business-funded versus donor-funded business as mission (BAM) organizations. The research study answers Dr. Rundle’s call for further research on funding models, and the findings from the study help to fill in gaps in the social-entrepreneurship (SE) and BAM literature. BAM organizations, like other SE-oriented organizations, seek to achieve success in multiple bottom lines. In this study, the leadership effectiveness of the Judean kings/queen during the divided kingdom was examined. The research methodology utilized was a multi-case study of the Judean rulers through an exegetical analysis of 2 Chronicles 10-36. A multifaceted method was utilized for genre inquiry to explore the unique properties of the book of Chronicles. The study placed biblical literature into the history genre through the Chronicler’s varied conveyance methods. The textual units linked with the narrative analysis of the discovered location, repetition, and themes. Cross-cultural church-planting organizations like Latin American Mission (LAM; pseudonym) that lack a leadership development strategy struggle to form lasting leaders, sending missionaries with Biblical training but not leader development training. Although most managers in the global hospitality industry are still male, an increasing number of women are taking on leadership roles. But how exactly do employees perceive masculine and feminine leadership styles? Closing Racial Disparity By Dismantling Constructs Of Fear - A Practical Methodology For Learning To Swim, Dane W. Wolfrom, Christine L. Snellgrove, Marisol A. Rivera, Keisha Laguer Vandessppooll, Emily D. Feliciano
International Journal of Aquatic Research and Education
African American, Black, Hispanic, Latino, and low-socioeconomic communities have lower swimming ability and higher relative drowning rates than White and high-socioeconomic communities, distinguishing the former as high-priority populations to engage with effective learn-to-swim programming. This article demonstrates how prioritizing the reduction of fear-producing brain processes while learning to swim can result in 79.5% of high-priority population non-swimmers being able to jump into deep water, roll onto their backs and either float or tread for 60 seconds, and swim 25 yards after an average of 14 practice sessions. In this article, we want to cast a bright light on Robert Moses as a visionary urban planner, which included the comprehensive planning of the outdoor and indoor aquatic infrastructure for New York City. Second, we want to highlight some of his administration's significant accomplishments and challenges in providing aquatics opportunities for diverse populations, including people of color. There remains a gap in the literature about the experiences of Black Womxn Collegiate Swimmers (hereafter referred to as BWCS) and the application of the leisure constraints model.
