This item is part of the Transactions of the ADA, a serial publication of the annual activities of the ADA House of Delegates (HOD)/Board of Trustees (BOT). It is from the Transactions section, one of three subtitles that make up the full publication. Generally, the ADA Transactions are published in multiple volumes throughout the year. Pages from the Annual Reports and the Transactions are numbered consecutively (e.g. Annual Reports volume ends pg. 500 and Transactions volume starts at pg. 501). FEW AMERICANS who have not visited Canada, our closest friend and ally to the north, have much appreciation for the fact that Canada is a separate and distinct sovereign nation, broad in expanse, magnificent in her natural endowments, and peopled with far more than red-coated members of the Royal Northwest Mounted Police.
