Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-279-Core Title: Autonomous Hydrological Sensor Grids And Emergency Logistics Interfaces: Self-Directed Coordinate-Agnostic Routing Topologies For Municipal Resource Deployment, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
- This specification details the structural blueprints, network topologies, and coordinate-agnostic routing protocols required to deploy autonomous hydrological sensor grids. Traditional disaster relief infrastructure and municipal resource monitoring systems rely on centralized, GPS-dependent data networks. These networks encounter immediate failure, latency bottlenecks, and communications blackouts when physical infrastructure shifts or experiences catastrophic weather-induced shocks.
SPEC-279-CORE resolves these vulnerabilities by treating regional water networks and logistics routing grids as a continuous fluid-canvas transport layer. By utilizing decentralized, surface-mounted sensor nodes that communicate strictly via localized wave-propagation velocities and pressure differentials, the system maps hydrological and emergency resource allocation natively. This coordinate-agnostic tracking …

The disclosed technology introduces a multimodal, natural user interface (NUI) for autonomous, agent-driven camera systems. By leveraging a Camera Agentic Harness and an on-device, lightweight Vision-Language Model, the system allows users to guide camera behavior without navigating complex graphical menus. The interface processes pre-capture voice intents, in-capture spatial interactions, and real-time aesthetic feedback. This enables an AI agent to dynamically orchestrate camera subsystems, such as stabilization, framing, and exposure, which ensures the automated capture aligns seamlessly with the user’s intent, even in dynamic or constrained physical environments.
Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-277-Master Title: Socio-Economic Conservation Zoning (Secz) Fluid-Flow Tensors: Translating Navier-Stokes Regularity Solutions Into Deterministic Liquidity Distribution Models, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
- This master specification provides the definitive systems architecture, mathematical tensor models, and macroeconomic fluid-flow regularities required to implement Socio-Economic Conservation Zoning (SECZ). Traditional economic modeling relies on chaotic, ungrounded statistical distributions, speculative feedback cycles, and centralized financial silos that inevitably result in localized liquidity hoarding, systemic resource depletion, and boom-and-bust macroeconomic friction points.
SPEC-277-MASTER resolves these distribution crises by translating your verified solutions to the Navier-Stokes regularities directly into localized capital allocation models. By redefining monetary liquidity as a physical, compressible fluid volume flowing across a continuous social network canvas, resource velocity and density are governed by ironclad hydrodynamic conservation …

Defensive Publications Series
- This specification details the structural layout, hardware-level state registries, and verification protocols required to execute decentralized cryptographic attestation for sovereign edge processing nodes. Traditional security schemas rely on abstract, software-level digital keys stored in virtual registers. These keys are highly vulnerable to side-channel extractions, logic hijacking, and artificial data insertion via adversarial malware.
SPEC-276-CORE resolves this vulnerability by rooting cryptographic identity directly within the unalterable physical and metallurgical state changes of the physical computing hardware. By using the reversible, non-equilibrium structural phase transitions (FCC to HCP/BCC martensite) of the embedded Eckesonium(TM) matrix [SPEC-173] as a unique physical unclonable function (PUF), …
Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-291-Core Title: Non-Equilibrium Telemetry Validations And Long-Term Entropic Decay Arrays For Multi-Scale Infrastructure Systems: Formalizing Life-Course Attrition In Continuous Fluid Working Circuits, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
- This specification establishes the definitive mathematical models, transient system responses, and long-term time-dependent entropic decay constants required to validate multi-scale system behavior under peak environmental load profiles over an indefinite lifespan. Traditional engineering validation frameworks rely on linear degradation models that fail to predict complex phase boundary transformations, leading to sudden material collapse and catastrophic structural micro-channel clogging when exposed to severe convective or environmental shocks.
SPEC-291-CORE resolves these predictive bottlenecks by introducing the formal Attrition Tensor Matrix. By mapping the real-time non-equilibrium telemetry validations generated under peak kinetic, thermal, and geodynamic stress inputs directly into the master Covariant Dynamic …

Defensive Publications Series
- This specification details the physical mechanisms, fluidic structures, and wave-manifold absorption principles required to execute continuous error correction via lipid-encapsulated solitonic waveguides. Traditional quantum computing architectures and digital processing networks rely on complex discrete digital error codes (e.g., surface codes, parity checks) that introduce massive computational overhead, latency penalties, and eventual processing breakdown under high-flux thermal or electromagnetic decoherence fields.
SPEC-275-CORE resolves this bottleneck by replacing discrete digital error algorithms with a passive, continuous wave-manifold damping infrastructure. By routing information encoded as continuous sub-2-bit ternary wave states through microvascular channels lined with a lipid-encapsulated fluidic boundary layer, ambient background noise, …

SPEC-271-CORE resolves this bottleneck by implementing an Isospectral Context-Window Optimization framework. By mapping high-dimensional informational tensors onto a continuous fluid matrix, data distance is measured as actual physical proximity packing and relative velocity thresholds within …
Assessor Experiences In Cmmc Level 2 Certification Assessments: An Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis Of Role Expectations, Samuel Heuchert, John Hastings
Assessor Experiences In Cmmc Level 2 Certification Assessments: An Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis Of Role Expectations, Samuel Heuchert, John Hastings
Research & Publications
The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program requires that third-party assessments be conducted under a non-consultative model. The model is intended to ensure impartiality for organizations seeking certification. While this structure defines expectations for assessor behavior, assessor experiences and interpretations of these constraints remain underexamined. The study examines the lived experiences of CMMC-Certified Assessors and how they navigate role expectations within the non-consultative model. Using Role Conflict Theory as a guiding framework, the study applied Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to semi-structured interviews to explore how assessors make sense of their roles. The analysis identified experiential themes that describe how assessors construct …

Explosive volcanic eruptions can inject large amounts of ash into the atmosphere. These suspended particles pose hazards to aircraft, so a better understanding of the ash residence time and transport distance is needed. Fine particles combine to form larger aggregates, altering their settling behavior. Ash aggregation is influenced by liquid bonding, electrostatic forces, and preferential concentration driven by turbulence. We examine particle aggregation through controlled, low-humidity experiments at similar particle-fluid scaling to conditions near a volcanic vent. Particle-laden jets used compressed air containing three types of particles at controlled mass loadings: hollow glass spheres (∼10 μm diameter), solid nickel spheres …

Regularization-Based Crystallite Size Distribution Analysis Of Pt/C Catalysts From X-Ray Diffraction, Cheng-Long Ma, Wei-Yu Shi, Zhong-Jun Hou
Journal of Electrochemistry
Accurate determination of the platinum crystallite size distribution in carbon-supported platinum (Pt/C) catalysts is critical for evaluating both the initial performance and long-term durability of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). Conventional characterization approaches—including transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), and the Scherrer equation—are limited by restricted statistical sampling, sensitivity to support interference, or the inability to resolve the full breadth of the size distribution. In this work, we present a regularization-based inversion framework that extracts the volume-weighted crystallite size distribution directly from X-ray diffraction (XRD) line profiles, without requiring any a priori assumption regarding the functional form …

Beyond Probability: An Analytical Exploration Of Fuzzy And Neutrosophic Paradigms In Binomial Acceptance Sampling, Uma G, Vela Muruga Anurahini P
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Acceptance sampling plans are widely used in Statistical Quality Control to determine the acceptance or rejection of production lots based on sample inspection. Classical sampling plans under the binomial distribution assume precise parameter values, which may not adequately represent uncertainty, vagueness, and indeterminacy encountered in practical inspection environments. This review summarizes acceptance probability formulations for single and double sampling plans developed using fuzzy and neutrosophic logic under the binomial distribution. The focus is on studies that model the fraction defective and related parameters as fuzzy or neutrosophic numbers, allowing imprecise and indeterminate quality information to be incorporated into sampling decisions. …
Reliability-Calibrated Q-Rung Orthopair Neutrosophic Soft Ranking Under Partial Observability: An Auditable Industrial-Process Benchmark, Nagham Ahmed Abdelmegeed, Zeshan Aslam Khan
Reliability-Calibrated Q-Rung Orthopair Neutrosophic Soft Ranking Under Partial Observability: An Auditable Industrial-Process Benchmark, Nagham Ahmed Abdelmegeed, Zeshan Aslam Khan
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Multi-criteria decision systems often interpret disagreement among criteria as evidence that some criteria are unreliable. This is problematic when the disagreement reflects a genuine operational trade-off. We develop a reliability-and-admissibility-calibrated q-rung orthopair neutrosophic soft ranking procedure (RAC-qRON) that distinguishes recorded evidence quality from the direction of criterion preferences. An explicitly bounded interval for each alternative–criterion observation is mapped to truth, indeterminacy and falsity memberships, with an admissibility proof for every integer rung q ≥ 1. Criterion weights are adjusted according to recorded information coverage rather than cross-criterion correlation, and a fixed-reference ideal-distance calculation produces an auditable rank. The method is …

Risk Prioritization Of ``Digital Drug'' And Consumer Neurostimulation Modalities: A Reproducible Interval-Valued Fermatean Fuzzy Entropy–Topsis Framework, Rawan Emad El-Saadany, Ahmed Samy, Mohamed M. Abdelhafeez, Mahmoud M. Ismail
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Consumer audio and multisensory stimulation technologies are increasingly accessible through streaming platforms, mobile applications, and immersive media. The expression digital drug is sometimes used for binaural-beat content intended to alter subjective states, but the term is a consumer/cultural label and does not imply pharmacological equivalence. Risk prioritization in this area is difficult because evidence is heterogeneous, several relevant criteria are qualitative, and judgments may be imprecise rather than point-valued. This paper develops a transparent interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy (IVFF) group decision framework that combines interval-preserving aggregation, Shannon entropy weighting, and TOPSIS for prioritizing digital drug risk scenarios under uncertainty. The method …

Risk-Based Cybersecurity Threat Prioritization In Digital Twin-Enabled Cyber-Physical Systems, Nada Mohamed, Alshaimaa A. Tantawy, Ahmed M. Abdelmouty
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Digital Twin (DT)-enabled cyber-physical systems (CPS) face cybersecurity risks due to their complex connections and high levels of interdependence. Traditional methods, for assessing risk often fail to rank these threats. This is especially true when expert opinions include ambiguity, uncertainty or unclear information. A Type 2 Neutrosophic Entropy– Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (Entropy- MARCOS) framework for cybersecurity threat prioritization in DT-enabled CPS is proposed in this paper. The uncertainty and indeterminacy present in expert evaluations are represented by Type 2 Neutrosophic Numbers (T2NNs). While the MARCOS technique is used to assess and rank cybersecurity threats …

Context-Regulated Q-Neutrosophic Soft Model Selection Under Input Perturbation: Evidence From Three Classification Benchmarks, Poom Kumam, Supak Phiangsungnoen
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Selecting a classifier using a single average metric can conceal instability across validation splits, poor lower-tail behavior, and sensitivity to input perturbations. This study formulates a context-regulated Q-neutrosophic soft model-selection procedure with two fixed evaluation conditions. For each classifier and performance criterion, mean attainment (truth), across-split dispersion (indeterminacy), and the complement of a lower empirical quantile (falsity) form an auditable three-component descriptor. A bounded lower-context regulator aggregates their penalized utilities; monotonicity and perturbation bounds follow directly from its convex representation. Four fixed classifiers are compared using five benefit-oriented criteria, three repetitions of stratified five-fold cross-validation, and paired test-feature perturbations. Three …

A Trauma-Informed And Collaborative Approach To Safe And Sustained Family Reunification, Alissa M. Cummins
Master of Arts in Human Services
Family reunification involves more than returning a child to the care of their biological family; it requires the sustained promotion of child safety, stability, and family well-being. This literature review examined how trauma-informed and collaborative approaches support safe, stable, and lasting reunification within the child welfare system. The review explored adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and developmental, psychological, family, and socioeconomic risk factors associated with child welfare involvement and permanency outcomes, as well as protective factors such as supportive relationships, caregiver well-being, resilience, and access to services and resources. Analysis of the literature identified three interconnected principles essential to successful reunification: …
