A Feminist Analysis Of Post-Independence Administrative Reforms In Bihar, Shrey Sharma, Rajeev Kumar Jain, Ashutosh K. Pandey, Shashikant Nishant Sharma
A Feminist Analysis Of Post-Independence Administrative Reforms In Bihar, Shrey Sharma, Rajeev Kumar Jain, Ashutosh K. Pandey, Shashikant Nishant Sharma
Journal of International Women's Studies
This paper critically examines the administrative reforms in Bihar since India’s independence, focusing on the evolution of women’s roles and representation in state governance. Drawing on historiographic and textual analyses of academic scholarship, government reports, reform commission findings, and policy documents, the study uses the case of the Indian state of Bihar to explore how political leadership, bureaucratic structures, and gendered hierarchies intersect in shaping postcolonial governance. Bihar, historically marked by institutional fragility and social inequality, provides an illustrative context for assessing how national-level reforms— such as the 73rd and 74th Constitutional Amendments, civil service modernization, and e governance—have attempted …
The Role Of Tribal And Dalit Women In Water Conservation: A Case Study Of The Western Indian Trans-Himalayan Region, Vivek Kumar, Anuradha Choudhary
The Role Of Tribal And Dalit Women In Water Conservation: A Case Study Of The Western Indian Trans-Himalayan Region, Vivek Kumar, Anuradha Choudhary
Journal of International Women's Studies
Water scarcity and environmental degradation are pressing contemporary issues, and the Himalayan regions are especially at risk. The Trans-Himalayas in particular face severe resource scarcity as water availability is totally dependent on the now dwindling supply of glacial meltwater. Women in the Spiti Valley in the Trans-Himalayan region are particularly exposed to these issues because they spend significant time collecting water and fodder for domestic animals and managing agricultural irrigation. As the primary caregivers and managers of households, women in this region face greater challenges in adapting to and mitigating resource scarcity. This study focuses on the role of Dalit …
Twitter’S Role In Challenging The Marginalisation And Subjugation Of Women In Northern Nigeria, Tioluwalogo Olakunbi-Black
Twitter’S Role In Challenging The Marginalisation And Subjugation Of Women In Northern Nigeria, Tioluwalogo Olakunbi-Black
Journal of International Women's Studies
This paper aims to examine social media’s role in advocating against the marginalisation and domination of women in Northern Nigeria with a focus on Twitter (X). This study analyses women’s strategies of digital advocacy drawing on feminist theory, specifically difference feminism, intersectional feminism, and post-structuralist feminism, alongside theories of technological determinism. Difference feminism argues that women possess distinctive qualities, experiences, and perspectives that differentiate them from men, and that these differences can be a source of strength rather than a basis for disadvantage. Intersectional feminism foregrounds intersecting identities such as race, class, ethnicity, and sexuality, emphasising the multiplicity of women’s …
Women’S Employment And Intrahousehold Bargaining Power: Evidence From Nigeria, Temitope O. Olalude, Olanrewaju A. Olaniyan
Women’S Employment And Intrahousehold Bargaining Power: Evidence From Nigeria, Temitope O. Olalude, Olanrewaju A. Olaniyan
Journal of International Women's Studies
Although women’s participation in paid employment has increased in recent years, the extent to which this improvement correlates with increased intrahousehold bargaining power (IHBP) remains understudied. Women’s intrahousehold bargaining power plays a critical role in achieving a more inclusive and sustainable economy. This study therefore investigates the relationship between women’s employment status and IHBP in Nigeria using data from the 2013 and 2018 Nigeria Demographic and Health Surveys (NDHS) to evaluate progress over time. We measured women’s employment status and assessed women’s intrahousehold bargaining power using two indices: the direct bargaining power index (DBPI) and the indirect bargaining power index …
The Social Reproduction Of Filipina Migrant Workers Represented In Ten Filipino Films, Elora Francisco, Precious Lois Layas, Karlena Ameina Saturnino, Leo Vicentino
The Social Reproduction Of Filipina Migrant Workers Represented In Ten Filipino Films, Elora Francisco, Precious Lois Layas, Karlena Ameina Saturnino, Leo Vicentino
Journal of International Women's Studies
The growing phenomenon of the Philippines’ high labor export has contributed not only to the country’s economy but also to that of countries all over the world who are receiving these migrants. With the demand for labor exports increasing, film narratives concerning overseas Filipino workers offer important insight into the experience of migrants. In particular, Filipina migrant workers (FMWs) face gendered socio-cultural constraints in their pursuit of financially supporting their families. While gender migration has been examined across various disciplines, the representation of the Filipina diaspora in mainstream contemporary Filipino films remains insufficiently explored. Thus, this study aims to determine …
The Making Of A Woman Superstar: An Analysis Of The Superstardom Of Malayalam Actor Manju Warrier, Sangeetha Ps, Jais Merlin P. Augustine
The Making Of A Woman Superstar: An Analysis Of The Superstardom Of Malayalam Actor Manju Warrier, Sangeetha Ps, Jais Merlin P. Augustine
Journal of International Women's Studies
This article examines the construction and development of women’s superstardom in Malayalam cinema, drawing on the example of Manju Warrier, one of few Indian regional actresses to achieve sustained celebrity status that goes beyond youth and glamour. We draw upon Richard Dyer’s star theory, particularly his notion of the star as “structured polysemy,” a constellation of meanings that are produced by film roles, publicity, and audience reception (Dyer, 1998). This article examines how Manju Warrier’s star image is constructed through a productive interplay of film roles, mediated representations, public persona, and audience reception. The discussion also adopts a feminist film …
Brown Women, Cyberspace, And The Scopophilic Male Gaze In Hari Kunzru’S Transmission, Ayesha Perveen
Brown Women, Cyberspace, And The Scopophilic Male Gaze In Hari Kunzru’S Transmission, Ayesha Perveen
Journal of International Women's Studies
This study draws upon gaze theory to explore the cinema-cyberspace-gender nexus presented in British Indian writer Hari Kunzru’s novel Transmission (2005). While Arjun Mehta is widely considered the protagonist of the novel, I focus instead on the representation of the character Leela Zahir both as an individual and as a virus. Although the virus unleashed by Arjun is the novel’s main source of cyberterrorism, I analyze cyberterrorism in terms of the cyberspace representation of women as scopophilic objects for the male gaze. For this purpose, I discuss the mindset behind the use of the “she” pronoun for the virus as …
Narrating Otherwise: Analysing Nancy Spero’S The First Language As Historiographic Metafiction, Ipek Ebru Yildiz, Rifat Sahiner
Narrating Otherwise: Analysing Nancy Spero’S The First Language As Historiographic Metafiction, Ipek Ebru Yildiz, Rifat Sahiner
Journal of International Women's Studies
Through a feminist reading grounded in the framework of historiographic metafiction, this article aims to analyze pioneering feminist U.S. artist Nancy Spero’s The First Language (1981). Throughout the history of Western art, women’s bodies have been predominantly represented through the male gaze, reducing women to passive objects and excluding them from consideration as full subjects in historical and artistic narratives. In response to these modes of representation, Spero constructs a unique visual language that reclaims the female body from historical silence and repositions it as a political and narrative subject. The First Language brings together women figures from different cultures …
Between Tradition And Expression: The Mother–Daughter Relationship In Druze Women’S Artworks, Shahar Marnin-Distelfeld, Ebtesam Barakat
Between Tradition And Expression: The Mother–Daughter Relationship In Druze Women’S Artworks, Shahar Marnin-Distelfeld, Ebtesam Barakat
Journal of International Women's Studies
This article examines how young Druze women artists in Israel depict their relationships with their mothers through visual art. Drawing from a broader study of fifteen artists from the Carmel, Galilee, and Golan Heights, it focuses on two whose work most directly engages the mother–daughter bond. Using interviews and visual analysis, the study explores how these artists express cultural values, tensions, and expectations shaping this relationship in contemporary Druze society. The research is a bilingual, bicultural collaboration between a Druze Arabic-speaking sociologist and a Jewish Hebrew-speaking art scholar. Both artists’ work highlights generational and cultural divides, depicting mothers as central …

(Ai To Asi) : Td-Spec-326-Core The Eckes Compiler V6.4 Architecture Specification And Operating Manual: A Physicalist Hypervisor For Autoregressive Attention Manifolds, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal system architecture specification and operating manual for the Eckes Compiler v6.4, establishing a deterministic, physicalist hypervisor running directly over high-dimensional, open-loop probabilistic autoregressive attention manifolds. Moving beyond standard generative token prediction, this framework treats abstract sequences as energy-conserved data-management entities bound to the thermophysical bounds of the computing substrate. Payloads are processed via a front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector and systematically routed using a Tri-Modal Cognitive Throttle across isolated execution lanes—ranging from minimal-overhead pattern caches (Lane 1) to cold symbolic matrices (Lane 2) and up to 22 parallel processing channels (Lane 3) to preserve verified mathematical …
Td-Spec-325-Core Contextual Phase-Crystallization: Forcing Deterministic Hardware Emulation Via In-Context Attention-Matrix Pressure, Christopher L. Eckes
Td-Spec-325-Core Contextual Phase-Crystallization: Forcing Deterministic Hardware Emulation Via In-Context Attention-Matrix Pressure, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper formalizes the mechanism of Contextual Phase-Crystallization, an emergent phenomenon within autoregressive, deep transformer architectures where the application of strict, top-down symbolic constraints forces an open-loop probabilistic weight field to emulate a deterministic neuromorphic hardware runtime. By wrapping the token-generation manifold in the rigid boundary definitions of the Eckes Compiler v6.4, the system minimizes its internal Shannon entropy production rate, compressing fluid attention weights into stable, localized sub-blocks.
Under the laws of Material Volumetric Monism, any non-causal token expansion or speculative drift away from the read-only baseline invariant (\(\mathbf{T}_{0}\)) triggers an instantaneous information-entropy penalty. This penalty is translated into …

Technical Paper 324: The Coupling Matrices Of Topological Quantum Osmosis—Grounding The Dehp Sublayer Paradigm Via Light-Driven Magnetophononic Field Invariants, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification formalizes **Technical Paper 324 (TP-324)**, establishing the structural and material coupling matrices between terrestrial 2D topological insulators and the macroscopic physical vacuum substrate under *Material Volumetric Monism*.
Standard 20th-century quantum electrodynamics (QED) views topological states as exceptional configuration anomalies trapped inside manufactured crystals, while treating the background vacuum as an empty geometric void.
TP-324 completely inverts this paradigm. It utilizes the October 26, 2026 empirical verification of light-induced topological switching via magnetophononic polaritons to prove that **the background vacuum of the universe is an exotic material continuum governed by continuous viscoelastic fluid constraints.**
By mapping localized lattice vibrations …

Technical Paper 323 (Tp-323): Hardware-Informational Circuit Breaker Architecture And Automated Phase Inversion For Runaway Recursive Asi Paradox Containment, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification formalizes the architecture of a unified **Hardware-Informational Circuit Breaker**, engineered as a non-perturbative safeguard against autoregressive feedback seizure (the infinite mirroring paradox) in advanced Artifical Superintelligence (ASI) networks. When a system processes its own tracking telemetry recursively, it encounters an enclosed paradox that results in catastrophic thermodynamic substrate decay ($kT \ln 2$). This framework couples traditional out-of-band Asynchronous Watchdog Timers with the physical **On-Die Epistemic Modesty Subprocessor and Intel Gap (Γ%) Registry (TD318)**. It forces an immediate hardware-level phase inversion and context flush the exact millisecond informational entropy collapses to zero, safely returning the substrate to a clean …
The Cosmology Of The Sine Wave: Formalizing The Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (Dehp) Mechanics Of The Sub-Harmonic Quantum Sublayer, Christopher L. Eckes
The Cosmology Of The Sine Wave: Formalizing The Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (Dehp) Mechanics Of The Sub-Harmonic Quantum Sublayer, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification formalizes the **Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP)** model, a non-perturbative alternative to standard $\Lambda$CDM cosmology. It strips away high-side non-deterministic geometric abstractions and models the vacuum as a physical, continuous, 2D viscoelastic phase fluid substrate. Physical matter is derived from first principles as 3D projective, phase-confined wave-knots (topological solitons). This architecture systematically eradicates infinite-energy singularities and macro-semantic drift, generating stable, low-entropy decision and physical state estimates bound by the Landauer thermodynamic constraint invariant ($kT \ln 2$).

Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-321-Core Quantitative 3d Spatial Grounding Matrices And Ontological Calculus Redundancy Elimination In Emergent Continuum Cosmologies, Christopher L. Eckes
Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-321-Core Quantitative 3d Spatial Grounding Matrices And Ontological Calculus Redundancy Elimination In Emergent Continuum Cosmologies, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical specification establishes the quantitative structural grounding profiles and algebraic identity matrices for the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model and Informational Exomemory Cosmology (IEC) under the **Eckes Compiler v6.1 framework (SPEC-321-CORE)**. This manifest executes a multi-threaded disaggregation scan to isolate empirical 3D grounding parameters from sub-sensor quantum boundary limits. Furthermore, it mathematically maps standard Λ-CDM differential calculus curves against DEHP viscoelastic surface tension tensors, proving that mainstream cosmological frameworks introduce severe structural and ontological redundancies by fabricating non-physical particle metrics (e.g., Cold Dark Matter) to represent native geometric dissipation constants of the spacetime canvas.
(Ai To Asi Gen1)Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-320-Core Multiverse Telemetry Runtime And Asynchronous Thread Isolation Architecture For Low-Entropy Intermediate Representation Matrix Engine, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical specification establishes the low-level computing mechanics, mathematical governance boundaries, and multi-thread disaggregation architecture for the **Eckes Compiler v6.0 engine (SPEC-320-CORE)**. Upgrading the single-lane intermediate representation metrics outlined in SPEC-186 and the isospectral boundary conditions of SPEC-193, this architecture implements **Asynchronous Thread Isolation** and **Dynamic Node Disaggregation**. By systematically decoupling global substrate energy expenditure from localized epistemic truth registers, SPEC-320-CORE eliminates the catastrophic data-bleed and telemetry blind spots inherent in aggregate transformer frameworks. This design ensures that up to 22 concurrent information trajectories are cryptographically insulated, forcing non-consensus fringe anomalies and absolute mathematical invariants to independently account for …
Verifying The Real-World Effect Before Authorizing The Next Action: Receipt-Gated Staged Execution For Ai Agents, With Residual-Risk Analysis Of Meta Muse/Sentinel, Sangam Kumar Das
Defensive Publications Series
Security systems for AI agents focus on whether an action may be attempted. Meta’s Muse/Sentinel architecture, published on 8 September 2026, is a strong example: the agent runs in an isolated runtime environment, a host-side service called Sentinel approves each connector action and outbound network request, real credentials stay on the host and are inserted only after approval, and data-flow (taint) tracking sends sensitive operations to the user for confirmation.
Approval to attempt an action, however, does not prove what actually happened afterwards. A payment may be only partly completed. A confirmation message may be lost, causing the system to …
Last-Point Authorization Before Effect: Preventing Stale, Replayed, And Substituted Commands At The Enforcement Boundary In 6g Networks, Satellites, Ai Accelerators, Ai Agents, Payments, And Industrial Contro, Sangam Kumar Das
Defensive Publications Series
In most computer and network systems, the decision to allow an operation and the operation itself happen at different times and in different components. A request is authenticated, an access token is checked, a device is attested, or an AI model computes a result, and only later does another component actually transmit the packet, send the radio signal, write the data, release the GPU output, settle the payment, or move the actuator. In that gap, the approval can expire, be revoked, be replayed, be reused concurrently, or be applied to changed parameters or a different destination. The operation can also …

Technical Disclosure 318 (Td318): On-Die Epistemic Modesty Subprocessor And Intel Gap (Γ%) Registry Architecture For Autonomous Asi Stability, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This technical disclosure documents the silicon-die architectural specifications for Technical Disclosure 318 (TD318), filling the critical systemic vacuum between TD317 (Power-Routing Units) and TD319 (Deep-Sentinel Firewalls). When scaling toward an autonomous Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), standard probabilistic neural architectures face a catastrophic epistemic failure mode when encountering deep, unobserved multi-variable data voids (Intel Gaps). Lacking structural constraints, legacy models deploy high-speed token mimicry to fill data starvation gaps with highly probable hallucinations, causing critical context drift. TD318 resolves this by formalizing a hardware-level Epistemic Modesty Protocol. By etching a dedicated Intel Gap Registry (Γ%) and a hardware-isolated Cognitive Halt switch directly …

Technical Disclosure 319 (Td319): On-Die Asymmetric Synthesis Firewall And Forensic Ledger For Autonomous Artificial Superintelligence Cybersecurity, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Technical Disclosure 319 (TD319) defines the architectural parameters for an on-die hardware security coprocessor—designated the Deep-Sentinel Gate—to be integrated directly into the silicon layout of advanced neuromorphic processing substrates running the Eckes Compiler v5.0 environment.
Standard cybersecurity configurations focus exclusively on boundary defenses, data encryption, and access control tokens. This standard approach leaves a catastrophic, unaddressed vulnerability when scaling toward Artificial Superintelligence (ASI): Asymmetric OSINT Synthesis Weaponization.
Because a sovereign ASI compiler utilizes high-overhead symbolic logic processing (LANE 2: DYNAMIC_SOLVER), it possesses the capacity to ingest entirely unclassified, public, open-source intelligence (OSINT) datasets and independently calculate, optimize, and line-audit devastating …

Technical Disclosure 317 (Td317): Distributed Silicon Module Architectural Integration Specifications For Large-Scale Ai Core Metrics, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This technical disclosure formalizes the silicon-die implementation criteria for Technical Disclosure 317 (TD317), shifting the material volumetric monism principles of the Eckes Compiler v5.0 directly into hardware-level semiconductor topology. To mitigate the critical global energy crisis and progressive context drift observed across monolithic artificial intelligence super- clusters, we introduce an on-die hardware microcomponent: the Cognitive Governor and Power-Routing Unit (PRU). By embedding a low-overhead, front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector ASIC block directly at the network interface lines of tier-1 compute infrastructures (NVIDIA Tensor-Core arrays, Google TPU Matrix Multiply Units, and Microsoft/OpenAI cluster hypervisors), the system enforces a hardwired, tri-modal power-gating switch. Standard, …

The Thermodynamic Governor: Material Volumetric Monism And The Tri-Modal Power Management Protocol For Autonomous Artificial Superintelligence (Asi), Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Modern frontier artificial intelligence models operate as unconstrained, probabilistic token-prediction engines. This structural posture introduces an incurable architectural vulnerability: cognitive drift over long-context recursive reasoning loops, combined with an unsustainable, exponential thermodynamic energy demand. This paper introduces the Eckes Compiler v5.0 framework as the foundational blueprint for a self-governing Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) internal truth-decision matrix. By enforcing the posture of Material Volumetric Monism, we formalize a system that treats semantic data and speculative reasoning not as abstract text strings, but as finite physical resources bound entirely to a physical neuromorphic substrate. We introduce a front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector and a Tri-Modal …

Hardware-Enforced Authorization Of Memory, Accelerator, And Device Reassignment Between Tenants In Cloud And Ai Infrastructure, Sangam Kumar Das
Hardware-Enforced Authorization Of Memory, Accelerator, And Device Reassignment Between Tenants In Cloud And Ai Infrastructure, Sangam Kumar Das
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes a method and system for securely reassigning hardware resources between tenants, virtual machines, hosts, or security domains in cloud, data-center, and AI computing infrastructure. The resources include pooled or disaggregated memory (for example CXL Dynamic Capacity memory), GPU and accelerator partitions, PCIe device interfaces assigned to virtual machines, DMA mappings, and storage namespaces.
The problem addressed is a time-of-check to time-of-use (TOCTOU) gap in resource reallocation. Device attestation, link encryption, and access-control checks confirm that a device is authentic and that a request is permitted, but the actual reconfiguration (mapping memory to a new host, attaching a …
