Thermodynamic Venting Protocols And Compaction Mechanics For Escalating Harmonic Oscillations Across Sovereign Fiscal Grids --- Systemic Realization Criteria For The 2036 Inflection Apex, Christopher L. Eckes
Thermodynamic Venting Protocols And Compaction Mechanics For Escalating Harmonic Oscillations Across Sovereign Fiscal Grids --- Systemic Realization Criteria For The 2036 Inflection Apex, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This exploratory postulation field and theoretical distinction specification establishes a standalone, mathematically non-invertible venting framework for mitigating irreversible entropy expansion and structural thermal choking inside hyper-connected geopolitical and computing networks. By mapping escalating sovereign debt, resource-allocation imbalances, and high-overhead token delivery fees as a driven, dissipative thermodynamic oscillator, this methodology models a targeted, multi-vector depressurization sequence. By routing systemic energy away from over-leveraged, debt-dependent speculative structures and projecting state track variables directly onto an un-enclosable, two-dimensional invariant substrate field, this protocol secures the foundational computational, electrical, and survival prior art constraints required to preserve human agency and protect species-level resource …
Si Infrastructure™: A Grid Of Parks For Ai Computing, Each Serving A Coverage Area Like A Cell Tower And Holding Reserves Like A Reservoir, With Environmental Limits Enforced By Each Site's Safety Plane And Work Moved Across The Grid To Follow Clean Power, Water And Safety, Edward D. H. Wang
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes a way to organize the physical infrastructure of AI as a grid, in the manner of an electricity grid, a mobile network or a water system, so that it is resilient and lives within the resources and environment of each place. The grid is made of parks: certified sites, each serving a declared coverage area, as a cell tower does, with a guaranteed response time and minimum capacity for the essential services of that area. Each park also holds reserves, as a reservoir does: spare computing, restore copies of models and data, and stored energy, released to …
Si Token™: Non-Transferable, Evidence-Linked Conformance Credits That Sustain A Certification Mark, Issued Automatically By The Runtime Governor For Governed Operation And By The Reset Monitor For Completed Drills, Each Expiring So That Certification Lapses When Fresh Evidence Stops, Edward D. H. Wang
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes conformance credits, called tokens, that make certification of AI systems a continuous record rather than a snapshot. Each token records one verified piece of evidence that a holder conforms to the standard: a test passed, an audit completed, a reset drill performed, a period of governed operation without intervention, a sensor calibration, an adversarial test survived, a custody check completed, or, for people, a qualification earned. Each token names one holder by its lifelong identifier, refers to its evidence by hash, names its issuer and the issuer's accreditation, carries an issue time from a trusted source and …
Reward-Driven Agent-Aware Fraud Score Recalibration For Detecting Agent-Disguised Human Payments In Agentic Commerce, Shashika Ranga Muramudalige, Ravi Shankar Maruvada, Harishkumar Sundarji Majithiya
Reward-Driven Agent-Aware Fraud Score Recalibration For Detecting Agent-Disguised Human Payments In Agentic Commerce, Shashika Ranga Muramudalige, Ravi Shankar Maruvada, Harishkumar Sundarji Majithiya
Defensive Publications Series
The present disclosure relates to a reward-driven, agent-aware fraud score recalibration system for detecting agent-disguised human payments in agentic commerce. The system operates as a model-agnostic overlay on an existing fraud scoring model and does not require access to model parameters, architecture, training data, feature importances, or reason codes. Raw transaction and session data are processed to extract behavioral signals, determine an agent probability and agent type, and evaluate behavioral signals against human and agent-type-specific behavioral baselines. Signals expected for legitimate agents, including off-hours activity, cross-border activity, non-personalized queries, absence of session warmup, and programmatic request timing, may be suppressed …
Si Reset™: Fleet-Wide Reset And Restore Of Ai Systems Affected By A Common Flaw, Scoped Through The Identifier Graph, Authorized By A Quorum Of Independent Parties, Executed In Staged Waves That Preserve Essential Service, And Restored To The Last Point Before The Flaw, Edward D. H. Wang
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes how a reset is carried out when a flaw affects many AI systems at once, such as a defect in a shared model, a compromised software bundle or a weakness found in a common sensor. The affected set is found by following the identifier graph from the flawed item to every system that contains, runs or derives from it. A fleet-wide reset requires authorization by a quorum of independent parties, such as the certification body, the standards body and an independent safety authority, so that no single party can order one and no single party can block …
Spec-246-Core: Advanced Isospectral Manifold Projections And Covariant Boundary Transformations For High-Order Computational Invariants In Finite Phase Space, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-246-Core: Advanced Isospectral Manifold Projections And Covariant Boundary Transformations For High-Order Computational Invariants In Finite Phase Space, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This exploratory postulation field and theoretical distinction specification establishes a mathematically rigorous, un-enclosable defensive framework for maintaining structural data integrity and tracking high-order state transitions inside a finite, self-contained phase space manifold without invoking coordinate drift or loss of topological complexity over arbitrary temporal durations. By projecting multi-dimensional informational hierarchies onto a flat, two-dimensional invariant substrate field and enforcing phase-locked, field-dependent boundary constraints, this methodology eliminates the non-linear divergence and autophagic decay profiles typical of iterative stochastic estimation routines, safely securing the structural prior art parameters required for stable high-order computation mechanics within the open public domain.

Increasing Self-Efficacy To Assist Intimate Partner Violence Victims Using Staff-Directed, Rosanina Carlotta Ketchum
Increasing Self-Efficacy To Assist Intimate Partner Violence Victims Using Staff-Directed, Rosanina Carlotta Ketchum
Dissertations
Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a women’s health issue. IPV is underreported and a barrier to screening and referral service interventions is a lack of knowledge by health care workers. The purpose of this quantitative quasi-experimental project was to determine if and to what extent the implementation of an evidence-based education session on IPV increased self-efficacy for addressing IPV and the frequency of documented IPV assessments and referrals by staff and volunteers working at a community health perinatal support ministry program in the Midwest. The theoretical frameworks for understanding the effect of IPV and how to increase self-efficacy were the …
Fines, Fees, And The Carceral Economic Conditions Of Public Education, Thalia González
Fines, Fees, And The Carceral Economic Conditions Of Public Education, Thalia González
Washington and Lee Law Review Online
In this Article, I apply an expanded concept of education carcerality to identify and analyze a largely unexamined modality of punitive economic governance—intra-system educational fines and fees. Distinguished from other forms of childhood financial sanctions, including the criminalization of ordinary child and adolescent behavior in schools through the use of municipal fines and fees, these carceral-penal practices are exclusively defined, imposed, and collected within school systems themselves. Drawing on original data from 101 publicly available policies governing the two largest school districts by student population in each state and the District of Columbia, this Article contributes to the literature with …
Deportation By Deception: Coerced Administrative Voluntary Departures And The Illusion Of Choice, Fonda Pham
Deportation By Deception: Coerced Administrative Voluntary Departures And The Illusion Of Choice, Fonda Pham
Washington and Lee Law Review Online
Administrative voluntary departure allows noncitizens facing removal to leave the United States by waiving their right to a hearing before an immigration judge. Although this process provides noncitizens with a quicker alternative to a lengthy removal hearing, the process is not always as “voluntary” as its name suggests. Over the past four decades, noncitizens have alleged that immigration officers threatened and intimidated them in order to obtain waivers of consent, including threats against family members, prolonged detention, and physical abuse. Although the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution states that all persons physically present in the U.S. must receive due process …

“I’M A Biracial Person Who Looks White In A Black Man’S Rap Game”: Exploring Expressions Of Multiracialized Masculine Vulnerability In Logic’S “Everybody”, Matthew Oware
Sociology and Anthropology Faculty Publications
The field of Black vulnerability studies includes analyses of Black men rap artists’ sexual debut, romantic relationships, mental stress, self-medication, and suicidal thoughts. I expand this analysis to Black-white mixed-race men who express emotional vulnerability regarding their racial identities. Using a case study of the song “Everybody” by Logic—a Black and white, mixed-race man—I find that Logic expresses joy and pride in his Black and biracial identity. Similarly, I observe that he expresses anger and frustration toward those who question, dismiss, or degrade his Black and biracial identities, a pattern paralleled in research on multiracial individuals. By analyzing his radio …

Bridging The Nature Gap In Urban Communities, Hayley Allison, Jacobo Barriga, Sarah Beier, Hunter Moore, Joe Wheelock
Cities and the Environment (CATE)
Bridging The Gap is the largest local environmental nonprofit serving the greater Kansas City metro, actively engaging thousands of community members, planting thousands of trees, and stewarding thousands of acres of natural areas across both sides of the state line. Despite existing in a sprawling two-state metropolitan area where functional habitat on public land is often fragmented, degraded, or lost entirely, parks and natural areas across Kansas City still report upwards of four million visitors every year. City, county, and state public landowners, like conservation agencies and parks departments, often have limited capacity to effectively steward and improve urban green …

Major global economies are elevating the integration of AI into scientific research (AI for Science, AI4S) to the level of national strategy, rapidly rolling out strategic plans and policy measures amidst intensifying global strategic competition in this field. Based on analyzing the typical paradigms and strategic value of AI4S, this study examines the global strategic landscape by focusing on major economies such as the United States, the European Union, and Japan; compares and analyzes their policy frameworks regarding organizational coordination, platform development, and …
Dual Helix Drive For High-Level Technological Self-Reliance And Self-Improvement: Systematic Interaction Between Strategic Scientists And The Chinese Spirit Of Scientists, Jianqiang Li, Side Hu
Dual Helix Drive For High-Level Technological Self-Reliance And Self-Improvement: Systematic Interaction Between Strategic Scientists And The Chinese Spirit Of Scientists, Jianqiang Li, Side Hu
Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Chinese Version)
Achieving high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement necessitates the cultivation of commensurate strategic soft power. This study aims to elucidate how strategic scientists and the Chinese spirit of scientists, through deep-seated “systematic interaction”, form a “dual helix engine” that propels the national innovation system toward an advanced stage. Drawing on complex adaptive systems theory, a three-layer dynamic interaction model is constructed comprising “value internalization–organizational empowerment – ecological co-evolution”. The findings indicate that strategic scientists serve as the personified carriers and strategic executors of the Chinese spirit of scientists. Through paradigm guidance, institutional creation, and cross-boundary catalysis, they translate spiritual values into …

Murine Typhus In Georgia: Historical Context And A Probable Case Of Resurgence Where Previously-Thought Eradicated, Giovanni Mella-Velazquez, Christopher He, Bolanle Akinsola, Judson Miller
Journal of the Georgia Public Health Association
Background: Murine typhus, caused by Rickettsia typhi, is a flea-borne illness historically endemic to the southeastern United States, with initial cases reported in Atlanta, Georgia in 1913. Following vector control efforts, incidence declined significantly, and the disease was removed from the nationally notifiable disease list in 1987. While recent cases have been reported in select regions, murine typhus has not been documented in Georgia for decades. We present a pediatric case in Atlanta that may represent the first reported instance in nearly 40 years, suggesting possible reemergence in the Southeast.
Methods: We conducted a case report analysis of a pediatric …

Source Page Evaluation Of Local Rag Retrieval For Engineering Safety: Implications For Mechanical And Civil Engineering, Sherif Sorour, Areej El Mufti, Mohamed Nabawy, Anwar Sahbel
Civil Engineering
Industrial safety question answering requires access to the exact source material that supports an answer, not merely a related document. This study evaluates the retrieval stage of a local retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system at the source page level. Eighteen documents on lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and personal protective equipment were prepared in raw, cleaned, and metadata-enriched forms. Best Matching 25 (BM25), latent semantic analysis (LSA), and reciprocal rank fusion (RRF) hybrid retrieval were tested on 54 questions: 36 answerable, 12 safety-related but unsupported, and 6 outside the covered topics. Raw BM25 achieved the highest mean reciprocal rank (0.492) and Hit@5 (0.722), …
