The Opinions in Writing Clause is a persistent textual problem for the claim that Article II implies an indefeasible removal power: If the Framers believed they had given the president an unconditional removal power, why would they also specify a lesser power merely to ask for opinions? New historical research confirms this textual problem was also contextual: early state constitutions, the Ratification debates, and the First Congress indicate that the Opinions Clause’s original public meaning signaled independence of department heads, or at least the possibility of congressional requirements like good cause.

The global rise of women’s football has opened new opportunities for media industries worldwide, including in developing countries such as Indonesia. In response to this trend, Kumparan launched kumparanBOLANITA in 2023, the country’s first digital media channel dedicated to women’s football. Drawing on media economy theory, this study examines how globalization, regulation, technology, and audiences shape the dynamics of kumparanBOLANITA as both a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative and a strategic move within Indonesia’s media ecosystem. This study examines Liputan 6 SCTV’s Instagram and YouTube distribution strategies and their impact on audience engagement, content reach, and news visibility in the digital media landscape. As we age our sleep experiences decline in quality and our sleep disturbances increase with chances of full effective sleep diminishing. Older adults do not sleep as well as younger adults, with many older adults lacking an effective circadian rhythm. This lack of a proper circadian rhythm has been known to affect cognition and cause an increase in memory impairment. This dissertation examines the geography of educational inequality in Shelby County, Tennessee, arguing that where students live and attend school is not random but the outcome of historical, socioeconomic, and political forces that shape access to opportunity. Using secondary data from state, federal, and U.S. Census sources, the study employs tract-level stepwise linear regression and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping to investigate whether “place is destiny” for public school students. Results reveal a powerful and persistent relationship between socioeconomic need and educational outcomes. This article argues that the deployment of artificial intelligence, even in its strong fully autonomous form, does not have significant consequences for the application of the jus ad bellum framework, and in particular the armed attack threshold. As with all new weapons technologies, the deployment of artificial intelligence in the resort to force requires consideration of what “imminence” means in this context. Estrogen receptor α (ERα) variants with mutations in the ligand binding domain (LBD) are less sensitive than wild type to standard-of-care drugs that bind ERα directly. To identify novel small-molecule drugs that target ERα mutants, we screened our multibillion-compound DNA-encoded libraries against ERα LBD variants. CDD-1274, which was highly enriched with all three variants, blocked spontaneous coactivator peptide recruitment to mutant ERα LBDs and inhibited estradiol-driven proliferative markers in several ER-positive breast cancer cell lines, but not in ER-negative breast cancer cells. One of the common species of family Cyprinidae found in Nigeria and West Africa is Labeo coubie. They are of commercial importance in West Africa. This study embarked on the assessment of the length- weight relationship, condition factor, morphometrics and meristic characteristics of L. coubie from Esa-Odo water reservoir, Esa-Odo, Osun State Nigeria. A total of 135 (65 males and 70 females) individual L. coubie collected from fishermen were subjected to morphometric and meristic analysis. Hylocereus species are promising for enhancing fruit productivity in arid regions, but high solar radiation often leads to yield loss. This study aimed to evaluate the short-term impact of different shading levels on the physiological performance, productivity, and post-harvest quality of Hylocereus costaricensis under semi-arid conditions. Plants were grown in the field under two shade levels, i.e., 35 and 50% and their performances were compared to plants under control, i.e., 0% of shade or full sunlight. North Carolina’s Parents’ Bill of Rights (NC-PBOR) requires school counselors to disclose sensitive student information to parents, creating profound legal-ethical dilemmas. This study examines how counselors navigate these mandates through interviews, surveys, and arts-based analysis. Findings show counselors experience institutional betrayal, ethical precarity, and emotional exhaustion, yet also engage in subtle resistance through strategic ambiguity, relational buffering, and quiet noncompliance. Methodologically, we integrate coding, poetic inquiry, and visual confection to capture affect, embodiment, and contradiction often missed by conventional analysis. The present invention discloses a revolutionary dual-spectrum multi-layer holographic projection system that fundamentally redefines the paradigm of human-computer spa- tial interaction by eliminating the necessity of wearable apparatus while simultaneously enabling tactile manipulation of volumetrically-rendered virtual objects. The system achieves this through an innovative architectural decoupling wherein visible-spectrum multi-projector arrays generate stratified holographic imagery across multiple depth planes, while a parallel infrared sensing subsystem performs continuous shadow-pattern analysis to extract precise three-dimensional positional information of the user within the interac- tion volume.
