Introduction This article examines the concept of just cause for the unilateral termination of professional football employment contracts under FIFA's Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP). It pays particular attention to the changes introduced by FIFA's 2025 Interim Regulatory Framework. The RSTP aims to protect contractual stability while safeguarding the rights of both players and clubs. However, the meaning and application of just cause continue to raise important legal questions.Methods The article uses a doctrinal legal approach. Routine outcome monitoring (ROM), the practice of tracking client progress in therapy by administering regular questionnaires to assess functioning, has demonstrated a significant positive effect on psychotherapy outcomes, especially for clients are who not improving as expected. However, some researchers argue the symptom-based measures and outcome classification criteria commonly used in ROM may not represent a complete picture of client change. A recent body of mixed-methods research has investigated these ROM-determined outcome categories to gain insight into client experiences and whether the category and client perception of therapy outcome align. Anxiety is among the most prevalent mental health concerns affecting adults, yet many individuals encounter barriers to traditional mindfulness-based interventions. Running is frequently described as promoting presence, mental clarity, emotional grounding, and relief from anxiety-related distress; however, little qualitative research has explored how adults with anxiety make meaning of their lived experiences of running. The purpose of this interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) study was to explore how adults with anxiety describe and make meaning of their lived experiences of running. Cloud computing has increased electricity use in data centers, leading to higher costs and a larger carbon footprint. Information Technology (IT) leaders need to address this, as such inefficiencies will increase operational costs, undermine sustainability commitments, and leave companies unprepared for future regulatory pressures. Energy-efficient technologies can reduce data center energy consumption by 40-60%, yet few studies examine the qualitative processes behind IT leaders' practices. Since the enactment of the earliest migration laws in the United States, people with disabilities have been targeted for exclusion and expulsion based on stereotypes that they are either dangerous or not productive. Although some of the pejorative language regarding disability in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) has changed over time, certain statutory provisions and the very structure of the INA still allow ableism to operate broadly in immigration adjudications. Retail banking organizations lose billions of dollars annually to nonofficer employee turnover, disrupting operations, degrading customer service, and burdening human resource (HR) leaders with repeated recruitment costs. When retail bank HR leaders experience nonofficer employee turnover among their frontline workforces, it can influence profitability and community trust. Grounded in stakeholder theory, the purpose of this qualitative pragmatic inquiry was to identify and explore effective strategies used by retail bank HR leaders to retain nonofficer talent. Individuals of Asian descent make up approximately 7.4% of the U.S. population. As one of the fastest-growing minority groups, their population is projected to reach nearly 15% by 2065, with 38% being foreign-born – surpassing all other racial minority groups. Despite their increasing presence in the U.S. workforce, research on Asian workers' nonwork experiences remains limited. One key unexplored area is how Asian workers engage in recovery after work, considering their unique cultural and racialized experiences. Mammalian spinal cord injury is an intractable biomedical problem driven by interlocking maladaptive cellular responses that prioritize acute stabilization over long-term recovery. However, this deficient regenerative capacity is not an inherent limitation. The zebrafish, for example, capably regenerates and regains motor function with 2 months of a full transection injury. This ability is thought to rely on the transient expansion of stem cell-like progenitors marked by sox2 expression. Yet our understanding of the identities and contributions of this crucial population remains limited. This dissertation aims to provide deeper insight into understanding the dynamics of the photodetached electrons and the nature of the parent species. The dissertation provides examples of quasi-bound states of the anion embedded in the continuum of states associated with the neutral species, and shows how they manifest in experimental data, deviating from expectations of direct detachment. This dissertation is primarily computational and applies and develops electronic-structure and continuum models, respectively, and a newly implemented physical dipole treatment of the photoelectron to account for these resonances and to interpret experimental photoelectron imaging data. The “J-horror boom” of the 1990s and early 2000s saw the international success of films like Nakata Hideo’s Ring (1998), bringing considerable and laudable attention to Japanese horror in the realm of film and media studies. Yet even Ring’s Sadako, one of the most popular contemporary figures in Japanese horror, first appeared as a literary character years before her debut on screen. The average layperson’s unfamiliarity of such a famous horror icon’s literary origins illuminates the comparative lack of literature-centric scholarship on major writers and figures of Japanese horror that this dissertation seeks to rectify.

Plant transposable elements and transgenes are continuously targeted for transcriptional repression via the pathway of RNA-directed DNA methylation (RdDM). Although perpetual RdDM of the endogenous genomic loci has been well studied in the field, much less is known about the de novo RdDM pathway, the pioneering round of DNA methylation responsible for triggering and initiating silencing of new transgenes. Objective Social prescribing is a pathway that connects individuals to non-clinical services. It supports and addresses social needs, such as those related to loneliness, housing instability and mental health. Social Prescribing Europe (SP-EU), a European Union funded project, seeks to co-create an adaptation of the social prescribing pathway based on the needs of the following target groups: LGBTIQ+ people, refugees and first-generation immigrants, older people living alone.
