Saudi Arabia considers its architectural heritage a part of its wealth and has extensively tried to preserve it. Several studies on Saudi Arabia’s heritage, particularly its architectural heritage, have been conducted; however, there is a lack of studies detailing elements of the interiors of historical buildings. This study analyses the colours in interior spaces of traditional Saudi Arabian houses. A descriptive-analytical method is applied to eight traditional houses from the four main regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: central, eastern, western and southern. There is a growing interest in the flipped design model in K–12 mathematics classrooms, as it has been shown to have a positive influence on learning. This study aims to help improve students’ learning of irrational numbers using the flipped design model. This study outlines four design elements of the flipped environment that are shown to increase student engagement. Two eighth-grade classes (n = 60) were examined using a quasi-experimental research design in terms of students’ mathematical achievements and engagement levels. The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes on recreation and entertainment skills provided remotely for people with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities. The researcher used the descriptive approach in his survey input and the study sample was chosen by the stratified random method, where the subjects were distributed in groups and the individuals of the sample were identified. This study sought to identify the impact of current educational services on women’s education in Saudi universities. The study community focused on female students from Northern Border University, which has higher education services in relation to the target group environment of (n=775). Drawing on the perspectives of female students at the university, the study analyzed relationships between the educational and academic services provided (education services, health services, sports clubs and kindergartens) and individual education satisfaction and attainment. Social network sites have had a tremendous impact on the social, economic and scientific aspects of human life. Although the emergence of social network sites was intended for purely social purposes, they have had a significant effect on university life. This research aimed to understand the factors influencing the academic use of social network sites by university faculty. A qualitative research method was used, where 19 interviews were conducted. The contemporary concept of career refers to an individual’s pursuit of career advancement without being restricted to a single job in a single company. Recent accelerating developments in education have led to rethinking giftedness and how gifted programmes follow such developments. The study introduces a new direction for defining giftedness aligned with the theory of participatory giftedness. The study discusses the philosophical and scholarly foundations of the Participatory Model of Giftedness and the extent to which this model might be adaptable in the Saudi educational context, based on the opinions of a sample of six participants who work as supervisors of gifted programmes in public schools. This editorial problematises the field of giftedness in the Arab world, with the intention of taking all those involved outside their ‘comfort zone’. First, it is advised that Arabs should stop being submissive followers of Western literature (and thus remaining in an inferior cognitive position) and should rather be proactive and leading contributors to worldviews. Second, research on Arab giftedness should be contextualised and ‘culturalised’ by investigating the long-overlooked Arab-specific influences on gifted people. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of the gifted-classes programme being offered at Yanbu. The study was conducted during the 2017/2018 academic year and targeted students in the programme as well as their parents The sample consisted of 228 students and 141 parents. Various tools were developed and used, keeping in mind the international standards for gifted- 2018 /2017 education programmes. Our research sought to monitor, measure and analyze the opinions and positions of Saudi men and women regarding the use of traditional and electronic media and social networking sites during the COVID-19 pandemic. We surveyed 477 Saudi men and women via an electronic questionnaire. The results show that Saudi respondents have increased their exposure to traditional media and that their use of social media has been intensified due to the pandemic. Being a descriptive study, it depends on the survey approach. The study aimed to investigate the methods used by public relations departments on social media during the coronavirus pandemic and explain the type of persuasive methods and media language used in the official account of the Sudanese Ministry of Health on Facebook and the most common public relations strategies that were used during the pandemic. This study aimed to identify the attitudes of the Kuwaiti audience towards the performance of the official spokesperson of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health (MOH), during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted with a convenience sample consisting of 1201 respondents, of which 52.9% were males and 47.1% were females, with an age range of 17-70 years (m=34.78, SD=11.75). This study will seek to show the argumentation methods in the preface sections of Arabic rhetoric books: that Abdul-Qahir Al-Jarjani used while consolidating the preface of his book ‘Dlaa'l Alaa'jaz’, and defending the adopted theses, and contradicting the opposition to it. As a result, the study follows three routes. The first route shows the argumentation strategy dominating the preface and is the subject of the introduction. The second route shows the argumentation techniques related to the content, while the third route shows the argumentation techniques related to the figure. The study aimed to identify the role of non-current assets’ fair value in determining audit fees, in addition to studying the impact of non-current assets’ fair value on audit fees. This was achieved through different valuation methods and the corporate governance represented by board independence for the period of 2013 to 2018. The study included 50 industrial companies listed on the ASE. This study aims to measure the impact that audit committees have on earnings management for companies listed on Tadawul Stock Exchange. The sample includes firms in the basic materials sector for the years 2017 and 2018. The modified Jones model is used to investigate the impact of audit committee characteristics (independence, financial expertise, size, number of meetings, and percentage of shares owned) on earnings management. The results show that the greater the audit committee’s independence, percentage of shares owned, and number of meetings held contribute to limited earnings management. This study aimed to evaluate the Madrasati Electronic Platform (MEP) from female teachers’ perspectives in public schools in Riyadh. It also investigated whether students’ educational level or teachers’ computer skills significantly affected teachers’ views. The study applied the mixed-method approach, whereby a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 384 teachers, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with five teachers. Quantitative data were analyzed via appropriate statistical methods, while thematic analysis was used to interpret the interviews and comments. Applications for the study are taken from major Arab contemporary novels that continue to create strong independent female characters to expose the misogynistic nature of selected traditional tribal Arab societies. The study examined the problem of risky behavior, its prevalence among Saudi youth, and the degree of their awareness of it. These behaviors were determined on the basis of academic scientific studies and reports of the relevant international organizations.
