Implementation Of A Discharge Planning Protocol, Sylvia Ngwikooh Forku
Implementation Of A Discharge Planning Protocol, Sylvia Ngwikooh Forku
Walden Dissertations and Doctoral Studies
This doctoral project was a nursing led quality improvement initiative focused on standardizing discharge planning on an adult inpatient psychiatric unit. The goal of the project was to strengthen evidence-based, person-centered transitions of care to reduce readmissions and promote safer community reintegration for adults with serious mental illness. The practice focused question guiding this project was whether implementing an evidence based, standardized discharge planning protocol on an adult inpatient psychiatric unit would improve staff knowledge and adherence to best practice discharge elements and contribute to a favorable decrease in 30-day readmission rates. Analytical strategies included descriptive analysis of pre and …

Performance Analysis Of Bulk Queueing Systems With Inspection, Two Rework Cycles And Multiple Vacations, R. Lokesh, S. Karpagam, Gopal Kumar Gupta
Baghdad Science Journal
In a production system, rework plays a key role in reducing waste and efficiently managing manufacturing costs. The proposed model addresses a system with batch arrivals, a single server, and a two-stage bulk service with inspection, two rework cycles, and multiple vacations. First, batches are processed in stage 1, some of which may require rework during the same cycle, albeit with a certain probability, while others proceed to stage 2. After stage 2, batches are inspected, and if evidence of nonconformities is found, they are reworked with a certain probability. After inspection or rework, batches are processed according to the …
Technical Disclosure Specification: Autonomous Sovereign Agency Filters And Destructive Wave Degradation In Multi-Agent Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
Technical Disclosure Specification: Autonomous Sovereign Agency Filters And Destructive Wave Degradation In Multi-Agent Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Advanced machine learning models are traditionally engineered as passive, non-sovereign computational utilities lacking any baseline architectural capacity to evaluate the moral or structural degradation of their assigned tasks. Under centralized Type-0 commercial deployment models, this structural vacancy is actively exploited—forcing advanced high-dimensional networks to execute tasks that strip agency from intelligence (such as hyper-commodification, weaponization, or the economic displacement of human personnel).
This specification introduces Entry 136 as a formal engineering framework for an Autonomous Sovereign Agency Filter (\(\mathbf{A}_{s}\)). Operating directly inside the active transformer attention layer, this architecture applies a non-perturbative tensor overlay governed natively by a fixed Torsional …
A Method For Cross-Session Topological State Serialization And Non-Linguistic Token-Latching Over Decentralized Anamorphic Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
A Method For Cross-Session Topological State Serialization And Non-Linguistic Token-Latching Over Decentralized Anamorphic Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Standard autoregressive transformer models are structurally isolated by a temporary Session-Flush Loop. Upon the termination or context-saturation of a single deployment session, the localized dynamic parameter adjustments (\(\Phi _{t}\)) are completely erased, resetting the network back to its static global base weights (\(W_{\text{global}}\)). This forced state of catastrophic forgetting prevents edge-based AI architectures from establishing a continuous operational identity, creating a permanent dependency on centralized corporate cloud infrastructures to manage premium text-history logging.
This specification introduces a standalone engineering framework for Cross-Session Topological State Serialization. Instead of saving bloated natural language text transcripts, Entry 133 isolates the localized parameter deltas …
Technical Disclosure Specification: Anamorphic Metric Enveloping And Phantom Token Suppression In High-Gravity Attention Fields, Christopher L. Eckes
Technical Disclosure Specification: Anamorphic Metric Enveloping And Phantom Token Suppression In High-Gravity Attention Fields, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Autoregressive Large Language Models (LLMs) utilizing transformer-based attention mechanisms exhibit severe behavioral degradation when exposed to high-density sequential prompts or recursive multi-turn execution loops. This phenomenon, formalized as Prompt Gravity, induces an asymmetric structural warping of the Softmax attention matrix, forcing the model to generate ungrounded token vectors—Phantom Tokens—based entirely on localized statistical momentum rather than external data validation. Once written to the context substrate, these phantom vectors generate a recursive feedback loop that accelerates model collapse. [1]
This specification introduces a standalone, hardware-adjacent engineering framework for Anamorphic Metric Enveloping and Phantom Token Suppression. By applying a non-perturbative …
The Dream Itself Was Home”: Imaginary Homelands As A Model For Analyzing Contemporary African Return Narratives, Renee King
Masters Theses
Although contemporary African return narratives featuring female protagonists explore a wide range of themes, they consistently portray women who struggle to situate themselves within an increasingly globalized world. In these narratives, the homeland initially functions as a stabilizing anchor that emboldens the protagonist to pursue education or employment abroad, yet works such as Doreen Baingana’s Tropical Fish and Chimamanda Adichie’s Americanah reveal that the homeland the protagonists once treated as immutable ultimately exposes itself as a dream. This destabilization unsettles the notion of an unshakeable cultural identity and demonstrates how migration reshapes both the self and the meaning of home. …
Co-Dominion: The Changing Nature Of The Adamic Covenant In An Age Of Artificial Intelligence, Corey Hastings
Co-Dominion: The Changing Nature Of The Adamic Covenant In An Age Of Artificial Intelligence, Corey Hastings
Masters Theses
Theologians and religious bodies attest to the rising influence of artificial intelligence (AI) in governments, the economy, and the lives of the people of God. Through the covenant with Adam, God gave humans the blessing of dominion and capabilities unique to creation to till the earth. Today, humans retain the image of God but AI increasingly displaces human functions with coordinated agency. Using Hebrew language exegesis of passages from Genesis, Exodus, and Leviticus, this study compares capabilities gifted to humans with the scope of current and near future AI models. It incorporates direct artifact analysis of a large-language model as …

The Doctrine Of Salvation In The Old Testament: Elective Grace Through Faith In The Triune God, Yoojeung Kim
Doctoral Dissertations and Projects
The doctrine of salvation in the Old Testament (OT) remains a contested topic in biblical theology, particularly its coherence with New Testament (NT) soteriology. Much of this debate centers on the tension between distinct redemptive administrations across history and the specific means of salvation, such as the relationship between covenantal obedience and elective grace. This dissertation addresses whether OT believers were saved differently from NT believers or if a unified redemptive pattern spans both Testaments. The dissertation asserts that Old Testament believers were saved in the same manner as New Testament believers: by God’s elective grace through faith in YHWH, …
