Tiered Expert Calibration Framework For Autonomous Large Language Model Assessment Systems, Anonymous
Tiered Expert Calibration Framework For Autonomous Large Language Model Assessment Systems, Anonymous
Defensive Publications Series
Systems and methods are described for automated content integrity assessment using a two-tier calibration and operation workflow. Domain experts encode assessment criteria into structured prompts, supply exemplar calibration cases spanning decision boundaries, review large language model (LLM) outputs, iteratively revise prompts to address systematic errors, and define post-assessment quality rules that capture known failure modes. After calibration, the LLM operates autonomously to label candidate instances for measurement, producing structured outputs that include a decision and a reasoning trace. Candidate instances may include entity pairs with multimodal content portfolios, with requests constructed under input constraints such as a maximum number of …
Historicising Nyerere’S Presidency In The Nyakyusa Mythical Narratives, Ignas Fedeo
Historicising Nyerere’S Presidency In The Nyakyusa Mythical Narratives, Ignas Fedeo
Zamani: A Journal of African Historical Studies
Julius K Nyerere, the founding President of Tanzania, held office from 1962 to 1985. Much has been written about Nyerere's presidency, with the literature generally falling into two categories: strong advocacy for his decisions, actions, and ideas, and pointed criticism against him. Using narrative and new historicism theories, this article examines the recreation of the history of Nyerere’s presidency in local narratives, specifically Nyakyusa myths. The myths were collected using the oral history interviews from Kyela and Busokelo districts in Tanzania. The Nyakyusa believe that Nyerere was endowed with immense mystical powers, some of which embedded in his stick and …

However, features, datasets, labeling methods, and assessment methodology differ, which makes studying performance difficult. This is a systematic study of 78 peer reviewed articles written between 2021 and 2026 regarding the Android malware detection by static analysis. In each of the studies, the current survey cover the following feature source, feature representation and engineering, learning paradigms, datasets and labeling methods, …
Real-Time Adaptive Control Of Machining Parameters In Cnc Milling Using An Ensemble Digital Twin And In-Process Vibration Monitoring For Enhanced Surface Integrity, Ali Qasim Abdulwahid
Real-Time Adaptive Control Of Machining Parameters In Cnc Milling Using An Ensemble Digital Twin And In-Process Vibration Monitoring For Enhanced Surface Integrity, Ali Qasim Abdulwahid
Al-Esraa University College Journal for Engineering Sciences
Achieving consistent surface integrity in CNC milling under varying materials and degraded tool conditions remains a critical challenge because fixed cutting parameters often induce regenerative chatter, accelerate tool wear, and cause surface and subsurface damage. This paper presents an integrated solution that combines an Ensemble Digital Twin (EDT), real-time in-process vibration monitoring, and a hybrid adaptive controller to maintain high surface quality while preserving productivity. The EDT fuses a physics-based milling dynamics model with a recurrent LSTM surrogate through a context-aware meta-learner that weights model outputs by process state (e.g., tool wear, engagement). A compact real-time monitoring pipeline computes a …

An Intelligent System For Managing High-Priority Vehicle Routing In Smart Cities Using Artificial Intelligence And Spatial Data Analytics, Bahjat Abdulelah Madhloom
Al-Esraa University College Journal for Engineering Sciences
In developing metropolises, there is a risk to public safety in addition to the usual traffic jams. Traffic delays can have life-altering effects every second that fire trucks and ambulances are delayed. Large cities like Baghdad, which suffer from haphazard road sealing and incompetent traffic management, are especially affected, creating daily emergency crisis problems. We create a new intelligent routing system for these top priority vehicles in order to solve this life-or-death problem. Our method uses a trained model with real-time spatial information instead of outdated static maps. A Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network at its core constantly forecasts …

Dari Coattail Ke Midterm Check: Pergeseran Patologi Presidensialisme Dan Rekayasa Baru Keserentakan Pemilu, Fitra Arsil
Jurnal Konstitusi & Demokrasi
This article offers a reinterpretation of the concurrent election practice in a multiparty presidential system. Traditionally, concurrent elections were designed as a constitutional mechanism to prevent political deadlock by aligning executive power with legislative support. However, the dynamics of contemporary presidentialism have raised a new problem: the threat to democracy now often comes from a president who is too powerful because he or she has succeeded in drawing nearly all political forces into an oversized coalition. This massive coalition ultimately becomes a tool of executive domination that legally narrows the space for opposition and undermines the oversight function of parliament. …

Creative Constructions In Asian And World Englishes - And What They Teach Us, Edgar W. Schneider
Journal of English and Applied Linguistics
"Creative constructions" are defined as patterns which deviate slightly but noticeably from grammatical, fully licensed structures in English (and are therefore sometimes branded as "wrong"), inviting specific cognitive associations to make sense of them. It is argued that such structures offer a window into the nature of the cognitive manipulation of linguistic innovations and change. The concept is related to creativity in literature and lingua franca English, and it is surveyed theoretically by asking how established grammatical theories (like traditional grammar, structuralism or generativism) or more recent approaches to the nature of grammar (usage-based linguistics, construction grammar, and complex systems …

The intricate relationship among osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, and hormonal changes. Growth hormone, cortisol, parathyroid hormone, estrogen, testosterone, thyroid hormones, and thyroid hormones are a few of the hormones that affect bone turnover and density. Alterations in their concentrations, whether brought on by healthy aging or illnesses, can interfere with bone remodelling and increase the risk of osteoporosis. Moreover, inadequate levels of vitamin D increase the risk by decreasing the absorption of calcium and the mineralization of bone. Estrogen and vitamin D deficits increase bone loss, especially in postmenopausal women. Proactive treatment techniques, including hormone replacement therapy, vitamin D supplements, …

Using reflexive thematic analysis, seven themes were identified describing students’ experiences: (1) Widespread AI Tool Use, (2) Enhanced Understanding of Content, (3) Facilitated Peer/Teacher Interaction, (4) Increased Academic Engagement, (5) Stimulated Independent Exploration, (6) Concerns and Challenges, and (7) AI as Support, Not Substitute. The AI tools were perceived …

Mathematical Modelling and Numerical Simulation with Applications
Diphtheria is a highly infectious respiratory and skin disease that poses a significant threat to global public health. In Nigeria, children and adults with low immunity remain at high risk due to recurring annual outbreaks in the last decade, with a death rate of as high as 68.8\%. This paper presents a deterministic compartmental model to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions implemented by the Nigerian government. The model's mathematical and epidemiological validity is established through proofs of non-negativity and boundedness. The basic reproduction number ($R_0$) is derived, and stability analysis confirms that the diphtheria-free equilibrium is locally and globally asymptotically …

Journal of Medical Education
Statement of purpose: In Problem-Based Learning (PBL), aligning student self-directed inquiry with intended curricular objectives is critical yet challenging to assess. This study introduces a novel assessment method using keyword identification to quantify the cognitive alignment between medical students and case writers. We aimed to analyze learning discrepancies and students' performance trajectories to inform curriculum refinement.
Methods of study: A mixed cross-sectional and longitudinal study was conducted at MacKay Medical University over three consecutive semesters (November 2023–December 2024). Junior and senior medical students completed anonymous questionnaires, submitting five keywords post-course to represent perceived learning objectives. Student responses were compared against …
