A Comparative Study Of The Evergreen School District Before And After Reorganization, Walford Neal Johnson

The problem of this thesis was to examine the Evergreen School District, both before and after its reorganization, to determine whether or not the reorganization of the district resulted in more acceptable educational services and facilities for all school children residing within its boundaries. Further, an attempt was made to compare the cost of education before and after reorganization.

Although all prospective student nurses applying to the Nebraska Methodist Hospital School of Nursing are required to take the Johnson Temperament Analysis, the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, and to check the Problem Check List Form for School of Nursing, no actual value of the scores had been established. It appeared as though deviations above and below the fiftieth percentile on the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory might be predictive of adjustment problems in nursing students. On the Johnson Temperament Analysis it seemed as though a high score on the Nervous-Composed and Aggressive-Submissive traits was important in predicting the …

Senate Bill No. 2646 proposed in the Congress is unprecedented in scope. If it is enacted the Supreme Court will be reduced to a virtual nullity. Displeasure with recent decisions of the Court has engendered an attack upon its status which strikes at its vitals. This article is an analysis of the bill and the types of cases over which the Supreme Court would no longer have appellate jurisdiction.

It is possible that interruptions cannot be completely eliminated, but from this study it is hoped that teachers and administrators will be able to evaluate their particular situations and minimize interruption problems. Other purposes of the study have been to determine the origin of interruptions and the relationship between disciplinary problems and classroom interruptions. Also included will be an evaluation of teaching duties that reduce teachers’ instructional time.
