What socioecological conditions nurture the ingenuity and collaborative interactions underlying transformative technological innovations? We compiled a dataset on more than 400 major technological inventions from 1690 to 1990 spanning seven categories (agriculture, armaments, information and communication, household, industry, medical, and transportation) and performed inductive macroecological analyses to address how attributes of inventors, teams, and their social and geographic environments contributed to the innovation of new technologies that have changed the way people live. Background: This training explored the possibility of circulating miR-21 as a biomarker for celiac illness (CD) in pediatric patients. The demographic and clinical characteristics were compared between groups. A case-control design was employed with 45 pediatric CD patients and 45 healthy controls. Aim: The present training stayed directed to exploring the expression of circulating miRNAs in those sick with celiac disease—three miRNAs—miR-21-3p. Background: Objectives: To estimate the significance of the central role of the immunological marker IL-21 level and know the interaction between TNF inhibitors and IL-21 with susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) sickness. Immune tolerance balances immune responses with self-tolerance, a balance that is directive by epigenetic pathways. These mechanisms responsible for gene expression regulation and immune cell activity, and include DNA methylation, histone modifications, and non-coding RNAs. Disruption of mechanisms involved in the autoimmune disorder pathophysiology like systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis through the induction of long term inflammation and breakdown of immune tolerance. A total of 227 articles were retrieved from the Science Citation Index Expanded (Web of Science Core Collection) from 2020 to 2024. VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to analyze publications by year, country, institution, journal, citation impact, and keyword co-occurrence. The United States, Canada, and South Korea contributed over 85% of the output, with leading institutions including the University of California, Los Angeles. Dental caries is the most common disease that poses a threat to human health. As a result, caries prevention is crucial because it is now a major global public health issue. Nowadays, there is more focus on employing nanoscale medication delivery devices to prevent dental cavities. Here, an antibacterial activity of CDs synthesis with allover plant by measuring the turbidity and bacterial colony after the effect of CDs NPs on the one-off gram-positive bacteria streptococcus mutans that cause dental caries. The results showed significant (p < 0.05) concentration of 10, 15, 25 μ g/mL of CDs NPs. Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis showed the effect of CDs NPs on the bacterial cell, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) that showed the size, shape and the attachment of Nanoparticles to the bacterial cell wall that support the effect of nanoparticles on bacteria. When compared to chemical and physical procedures, environmentally friendly technologies can produce simple, easy, and affordable nanoparticles. has the capacity to function as antimicrobial agents.

The intricate relationship among osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, and hormonal changes. Growth hormone, cortisol, parathyroid hormone, estrogen, testosterone, thyroid hormones, and thyroid hormones are a few of the hormones that affect bone turnover and density. Alterations in their concentrations, whether brought on by healthy aging or illnesses, can interfere with bone remodelling and increase the risk of osteoporosis. Moreover, inadequate levels of vitamin D increase the risk by decreasing the absorption of calcium and the mineralization of bone. In Indonesia, routine immunization coverage has shown a post-pandemic recovery trend; however, disparities in access to health services and surveillance quality persist across regions. This study aimed to determine priority VPD problems in Bogor City and identify factors contributing to the highest-ranked disease. Balance impairment is one of the major problems commonly experienced by older adults as a result of degenerative processes, leading to an increased risk of falls. Falls may cause fear of recurrent falling, reduced physical activity, loss of physical capability, and may eventually result in disability and psychological consequences such as depression. This study examines the visibility and invisibility of sexuality-related terms in four Asian Englishes using data from the International Corpus of English (ICE). Drawing on Wilkinson’s (2022) sexuality-related lexical set and informed by scholarship on heteronormativity, the study analyzes the proportional visibility of 19 target lexemes across Englishes in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and India. The findings show that only a small subset of terms (gay, lesbian, same sex, sexual preference, bisexual, and sexual orientation) appear in the corpora, and even these occur at low frequencies. This study investigated the effect of salt concentrations (1 g, 2 g, and 3 g) on the phytochemical content (flavonoids), dietary fiber, and antioxidant capacity of Laba garlic pickle from Kating and Honan varieties. Intimate partner violence (IPV) during pregnancy is a major public health concern associated with adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Despite increasing recognition, evidence linking specific forms of IPV to pregnancy outcomes in Nigeria remains limited. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of intimate partner violence and examine its association with adverse pregnancy outcomes among women attending postnatal care in a tertiary hospital in North-Central Nigeria.
