Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) represents a significant global health challenge in society, and early detection of risk is essential for on-time treatment and intervention. This research suggests a novel machine-learning technique to create a reliable and accurate CKD risk prediction model by combining neutrosophic logic with various classification algorithms. We use neutrosophic logic to address the inherent imprecision and uncertainty in medical data, resulting in a more realistic portrayal of real-world scenarios. We measure the effectiveness of the proposed neutrosophic logic-based models using various metrics, including precision, specificity, and sensitivity. The results show that the neutrosophic logic method is better …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
This article uses the fractional residual power series (FRPS) method to solve a linear neutrosophic fractional integro-di erential equation in two dimensions. In what context does the term fractional derivative appeared, we presented the modi ed fractional power series method, a new technique that uses fractional power series expansion to approximate neutrosophic fractional integro-di erential equations. A modi ed new method has been formulated, which is an improvement on the RPS, named as Modi ed Fractional Power Series Method (MFPSM), to solve the same problem under investigation. Novel results associated with the rate of convergent and error order of the …

The growing demand for viral vectors as nanoscale therapeutic agents in gene therapy necessitates efficient and scalable purification methods. This study examined the role of nanoscale biomaterials in optimizing viral vector clarification through a model system mimicking real AAV2 crude harvest material. Using lysed HEK293 cells and silica nanoparticles (20 nm) as surrogates for AAV2 crude harvest, we evaluated primary (depth filters) and secondary (membrane-based) filtration processes under different process parameters and solution conditions. These filtration systems were then assessed for their ability to recover nanoscale viral vectors while reducing DNA (without the need for endonuclease treatment), protein, and turbidity. …
