This study sets the foundation for a relational investigation of the relationship between shared identification (shared experiences and shared characteristics) and the turnover intentions of employees from large organizations, mediated by the construct of organizational identification. The research aimed to highlight which shared identification style is most important for the reduction of turnover in large corporations. Participants answered a questionnaire that consisted of forty-nine items: six items that measured shared experiences, four items that measured shared characteristics, twenty-five items that measured organizational identification, six items that measured turnover intention, and eight items that measured demographic variables. The purpose of this hermeneutic phenomenological study was to discover and interpret the successful leadership styles of winning college head football coaches (HFC) in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The theory that guided this study is Bass’s (1995) transformational leadership theory. The central question asked, “What are the lived experiences of winning college HFCs leadership initiatives?” The study used a hermeneutic phenomenological design where HFCs participated in interviews and a focus group and submitted a writing prompt response to obtain the lived experiences about proven winning leadership styles. The U.S. health system is stretched thin by pressures to expand service delivery and improve outcomes while reducing costs. Chronic underfunding has significantly impacted the mine action sector, undermining its stability and predictability. This funding shortfall hampers both the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Despite interventions to decrease teacher turnover, there remains a 16-24% teacher turnover rate at one Southeastern School District (SSD) in the United States. There is a gap in practice related to the successes and challenges of retaining teachers in the local setting. Workplace Bullying In Louisiana Academic Libraries: Exploring Worker Status And Demographics, Justin Savage, Andrea Hebert, Catherine Baird

Bullying is a phenomenon that exists across cultures, societies, and even species. It can be found everywhere, including the workplace. The present study investigates workplace bullying amongst an approximated census sample of Louisiana academic library workers. Using the Negative Acts Questionnaire—Revised (NAQ-R), the study explores the relationships between experiencing workplace bullying and librarian status, tenure status, years in the profession, age, gender, and race. Although no statistically significant relationships were found between variables, the findings add to a growing body of literature that explores the interrelations of demographic and environmental contexts and bullying experiences.

The purpose of this paper is to share a means of communicating why Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) has provided a sense of deep connection among practitioners, including Peer Leaders, faculty and administrators. To arrive at finding the qualitative language of emotions, three discussion sessions were facilitated over the course of three days during the 11th Annual Conference of the Peer-Led Team Learning International Society (June 2023, University of Houston Downtown). Problem Statement: A level III NICU and mother-baby unit within an inpatient hospital in the Southeast United States transitioned from the Finnegan Neonatal Abstinence Scale (FNASS) to the Eat, Sleep, Console (ESC) for treating Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). Prior to ESC implementation, there was limited nursing education of ESC practice guidelines or consideration for proper implementation protocol. Problem Statement: Individuals with chronic conditions such as chronic liver disease experience higher rates of depression, often underdiagnosed and placing high risk demographics in jeopardy of adverse outcomes, including worsening prognosis, decreased quality of life, and increased symptomatology.

Purpose: Evidence advocates for routine depression screening within high-risk patient populations. This paper outlines the implementation of a quality improvement initiative aimed at enhancing depression screening at a selected outpatient liver clinic within an extensive hospital system by implementing the PHQ-9 questionnaire during patient clinic visits, where no standardized screening protocol was previously in place.
