งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการออกแบบอัตลักษณ์ตราสินค้าเพื่อสื่อสารภาพต้นแบบโดยใช้หลักปรัชญาอิคิไก ที่เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับแก่นแท้ของอัตลักษณ์แบรนด์ โดยการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) 1) วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth interviews) 2) สัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) เพื่อวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของปรัชญาอิคิไก และใช้เกณฑ์แนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) คัดชิ้นงานการออกแบบ (Population) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sample) การคัดเลือกแบบการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) ตัวอย่างงานออกแบบอัตลักษณ์ที่ได้รับรางวัลระดับนานาชาติ (Brand Identity) ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2560 – 2566 จำนวน 310 ชิ้นงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อัตลักษณ์ที่สื่อสารด้วยหลักปรัชญาอิคิไกสามารถถ่ายทอดผ่าน "เสาหลัก" 5 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การเริ่มต้นจากสิ่งเล็ก ๆ (Starting small) 2) การปลดปล่อยตัวเอง (Releasing yourself) 3) ความสอดคล้องและยั่งยืน (Harmony and sustainability) 4) ความสุขจากสิ่งเล็ก ๆ (The joy of little things) และ 5) การอยู่กับปัจจุบัน (Being in the here and now) พร้อมกับภาพต้นแบบ (Ikigai Archetypes) ที่สะท้อนคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของบุคลิกภาพ ได้แก่ 1) ซามูไร (Samurai) ซึ่งองค์ประกอบทางการออกแบบ ได้แก่ การใช้แบบอักษรที่ปรับแต่งเฉพาะ (Custom type) และสีในกลุ่ม ความกลมกลืนอันสมบูรณ์ (Perfect Harmony) 2) เกอิชา (Geisha) เน้นการออกแบบในแนวยิ่งมากยิ่งดี (Maximalism) และ สีเขียวอ่อนแบบดิจิทัล (Butterfly) …

The objectives of this research were 1) To examine the beauty image portrayed in the webtoon ‘True Beauty’. 2) To study how beauty images presented through ’True Beauty’ shaped perceptions of beauty among viewers. This research was qualitative research by analyzing character dialogues and supporting media including viewer comments, YouTube makeup tutorials, and interviews with the author the study investigates how beauty image are constructed, internalized, and reinforced through digital storytelling. This dissertation aimed to advance the understanding of reproductive physiology and health in Asian elephants, providing critical insights and innovative methodologies for reproductive management. Chapter II established a foundational framework for normal reproductive cycling, detailing the luteal and follicular phases, and introduced a simplified, practical body condition score (BCS) method as a diagnostic tool for assessing general health and welfare. It highlighted unresolved reproductive issues, such as abnormal cycling, and revealed that progesterone peaks, with the majority (53.57%), and the onset of the follicular phase predominantly occurred during the rainy season. STAT mutations cause immune system dysfunction and many diseases, such as autoimmune cytopenias, lymphoproliferative disorders, susceptibility to infections, endocrinopathies, and growth defects. However, the molecular activity of these proteins remains unclear. Here, we investigated the phosphorylation, nuclear translocation, and gene expression levels of Stat1, Stat3, and Stat5b, as well as downstream target genes of these proteins, using mouse fibroblasts with Stat3 wild type and Stat3 L387R gain-of-function (GOF) variant edited by CRISPR-Cas9 technique as a model. Arcobacter butzleri is an emerging zoonotic pathogen associated with gastrointestinal illnesses in humans, yet standardized antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) methods and interpretive breakpoints for this microorganism remain unavailable. Broth microdilution, despite being endorsed by the CLSI-VAST subcommittee, is often impractical in several laboratories. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate agar dilution as a more feasible alternative to broth microdilution. A total of 415 A. butzleri isolates from various meat sources in Bangkok, Thailand were confirmed by PCR and tested against ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, gentamicin, and tetracycline. African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) is a large double-stranded DNA virus responsible for the highly contagious and lethal African Swine Fever (ASF), affecting the global porcine industry. The virus has a genome length of 170-194 kb and is broadly categorized into the left variable region (LVR), the right variable region (RVR), and the central conserved region (CCR). In Thailand, ASF was officially confirmed in January 2022 and identified as genotype II, which is primarily responsible for the current Eurasian swine pandemic. Inhalation anesthesia is commonly used for general anesthesia due to its effectiveness. During the procedure, an endotracheal tube (ET) is essential for maintaining anesthetic depth, delivering anesthetic agents, and providing sufficient oxygen to reduce the risks of morbidity and mortality. Mispositioning and inappropriate ET size can lead to complications like hypoxemia, hypercapnia, and airway trauma. Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) is a transboundary viral disease in small ruminants, caused by a morbillivirus called peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV). Recently, FAO and WOAH have set the goal to eradicate the disease in 2030. To maintain disease vigilance, the Department of Livestock Development conducts regular screenings for anti-PPRV antibodies using a commercially available competitive ELISA (cELISA). The domestic dog has a unique reproductive physiology in which oocytes are ovulated at an immature stage and complete nuclear maturation within the oviduct approximately 48–72 hours after ovulation. This thesis aimed to investigate proteomic changes in both serum and oviductal secretions associated with oocyte development, using a combination of natural and hormonally induced ovulation models. To evaluate dynamic changes in serum proteins across the estrous cycle, samples from healthy bitches in four stages—anestrus, proestrus, estrus, and diestrus—were analyzed, revealing 38 significantly altered proteins. This study aimed to investigate the identification of flea species infesting goats and to study the molecular prevalence and genetic characterization of hemotropic mycoplasmas in goats and fleas. A total of 500 blood and 79 flea samples were collected from goat farms across seven provinces in Thailand between January 2017 and October 2023. Among the 500 goats examined, 6.6% were infested with fleas, which were morphologically identified and molecularly characterized using mitochondrial (cox-I, cox-II) and nuclear (ITS1, EF-1α) markers as Ctenocephalides orientis. Antimicrobial resistance (AMR), food safety, and sustainable poultry farming are critical global concerns driving the exploration of probiotics as alternatives to antibiotics. This study focused on the isolation, characterization, and evaluation of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) strains and the performance of two probiotics—ProCU (a blend of locally isolated LAB strains) and TOP GUT (a commercial Clostridium butyricum product)—in mitigating Salmonella infection, improving growth performance, and modulating the gut microbiota and resistome in broiler chickens. This study evaluated the effects of dietary supplementation with a multi-strain probiotic containing Bacillus subtilis (5 × 107 CFU/g) and Lactobacillus plantarum (1 × 109 CFU/g) on reproductive performance in multiparous sows and growth performance in weaned piglets. In Experiment 1, 300 sows were assigned to control or probiotic diets across five parity groups (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to 9) using a 2 × 5 factorial design. The rise of antimicrobial-resistant pathogens in the pig production chain poses significant threats to public health and food safety, particularly involving Salmonella and extended-spectrum β-lactamase-producing (ESBL-Ec), colistin-resistant ESBL-Ec. The slaughterhouse serves as a critical point for monitoring and preventing bacterial dissemination to humans. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของภาระงานและเกณฑ์การประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์พัฒนาการด้านสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ตัวอย่างวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนวังทองพิทยาคม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 60 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ภาระงานการประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้านทักษะการอ่าน ทักษะการฟัง ทักษะการเขียน และทักษะการพูด 2) เกณฑ์การให้คะแนนภาระงานด้านทักษะการอ่าน ด้านทักษะการฟัง ด้านทักษะการเขียน และด้านทักษะการพูด 3) เกณฑ์การประเมินแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อ การประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนี CVI ดัชนี ICC การวิเคราะห์ repeated measures MANOVA และทฤษฎีการสรุปอ้างอิงความน่าเชื่อถือในการวัด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาระงานการประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษมีคุณภาพในด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI=0.80-1.00) และมีความเป็นคู่ขนานกัน (CVI = 0.80) ส่วนเกณฑ์การประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษมีคุณภาพในด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI=0.60-1.00) และความเที่ยงระหว่างผู้ประเมิน (ICC=0.81-0.96) โดยภาระงานและเกณฑ์การประเมินมีลักษณะครอบคลุม 4 ทักษะทางภาษา ได้แก่ การฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน และสามารถสะท้อนสมรรถนะการสื่อสารทั้งในด้านไวยากรณ์ การใช้ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร ภาษาศาสตร์เชิงสังคม และกลวิธีการใช้ได้อย่างชัดเจน2. แฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีองค์ประกอบ 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนนำ ส่วนเนื้อหา ส่วนการประเมินผลงาน และส่วนการนำเสนอผลงาน โดยแฟ้มสะสมผลงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับการประเมินสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 8.02, SD = 1.40) และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.48, SD = 0.51)3. นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการด้านสมรรถนะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้านไวยากรณ์หรือโครงสร้าง ด้านการใช้ภาษาเพื่อ การสื่อสาร และด้านภาษาศาสตร์เชิงสังคม ส่วนด้านกลวิธีการใช้ ยังมีพัฒนาการไม่ชัดเจน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษามุมมองต่อการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในการบรรเลงเปียโนของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเปียโนในประเทศ ไทย และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการสอนการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในการบรรเลงเปียโนของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเปียโนในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพ ศึกษาโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา และรายงานเป็นการบรรยาย และตาราง โดยเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ซึ่งได้จากการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 15 ท่าน แบ่งตาม ช่วงอายุ 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่กลุ่ม Gen BB กลุ่ม Gen X และกลุ่ม Gen Y จำนวนกลุ่มละ 5 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) มุมมองต่อการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในการบรรเลงเปียโนของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเปียโนในประเทศไทย มีลักษณะ เฉพาะตัวที่หลากหลาย สะท้อนถึงความเป็นปัจเจกของแต่ละบุคคลที่มีแนวคิดแตกต่างกันตามประสบการณ์และรสนิยม อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลการ วิเคราะห์สะท้อนให้เห็นแนวโน้มของความนิยมในภาพรวมที่สามารถจำแนกได้เป็น 6 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ความหมายของการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ซึ่ง ถูกมองว่าเป็นการสื่อสารผ่านเสียงดนตรีวิธีการแสดงออกซึ่งเน้นที่เสียงเป็นหลักแต่บางส่วนยอมรับบทบาทของท่าทาง การตีความบทเพลง ซึ่งต้อง พิจารณาทั้งความซื่อตรงต่อตัวโน้ต บริบทของบทเพลง และแนวปฏิบัติตามยุคสมัย การมีอารมณ์ร่วมซึ่งควรอยู่ในระดับที่พอเหมาะ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ ความสามารถในการแสดงออกซึ่งครอบคลุมทั้งปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยประสบการณ์ทางดนตรีและสิ่งที่บ่งบอกถึงการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ เช่น ประโยคเพลง จังหวะ ความดังเบา รายละเอียดเสียงและสัมผัส รวมถึงท่าทาง 2) แนวทางการสอนการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ในการบรรเลงเปียโน ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า มีความหลากหลายและสะท้อนความเป็นปัจเจกของผู้สอน วิธีการที่ใช้ในการสอนขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะของบทเพลง และ ประสบการณ์หรือความถนัดของผู้สอนแต่ละคน ทั้งนี้พบว่ามีองค์ประกอบทางดนตรีที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด 12 ประการ โดยองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ บริบท โครงสร้างเพลง รายละเอียดเสียงและสัมผัส ความดังเบา และประโยคเพลง ด้านวิธีการสอนที่ใช้ มีความหลากหลายรวม 14 วิธี เช่น การอธิบาย การเล่นสาธิต การสอนเทคนิค การให้ฟังเพลง การตั้งคำถาม การเปรียบเปรย และการเล่าเรื่อง โดยพบว่าการสอนในเชิงบรรยายเป็น วิธีการสอนหลักที่ครอบคลุมทุกเนื้อหา แนวทางการสอนของผู้เชี่ยวชาญสามารถจำแนกได้เป็น กลุ่มเน้นเทคนิค และกลุ่มเน้นจินตนาการ นอกจากนี้ยัง พบความแตกต่างทางมุมมองและวิธีการสอนระหว่างรุ่น โดยเฉพาะระหว่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญรุ่น Gen …

งานวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะเชิงหลังมนุษยนิยมผ่านร่างกายมนุษย์ โดยอิงจากประสบการณ์ตรงของผู้วิจัยในการเปลี่ยนแปลงร่างกายในแบบฉบับของผู้วิจัยเอง ซึ่งได้รับอิทธิพลจากสื่อร่วมสมัย เช่น โฆษณา ภาพยนตร์ และโซเชียลมีเดีย ที่มักนำเสนอภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง มีกล้ามเนื้อชัดเจน และสื่อถึงความสมบูรณ์แบบตามจินตนาการทางวัฒนธรรม ผู้วิจัยนำแนวคิดและทฤษฎีจากหลากหลายสาขา ทั้งด้านมนุษยศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ อาทิ การกลายเป็น (Becoming) อภิมนุษย์ (Übermensch) แฟนตามาสโกรเรีย (Phantasmagoria) และแนวคิดไซบอร์ก (Cyborg) เพื่อวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลที่มีต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงร่างกายเป็น A Work of Art ไปสู่ร่างหลังมนุษยนิยมที่ถูกควบคุมและจัดการผ่านการกระทำทางกายภาพและเครื่องจักรดิจิทัลโดยการประมวลผลที่ทำให้ร่างกายถูกทำให้กลายเป็นดิจิไทเซชั่น (Digitization) ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิคศิลปะดิจิทัล (Digital Art) ร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีโลกเสมือนจริง (Virtual Reality) ถ่ายทอดกระบวนการ “ก่อร่างสร้างร่างกาย” ที่สะท้อนทั้งมิติทางกายภาพ อารมณ์ และจิตใจจากฝึกฝนร่างกายของผู้วิจัย ภายใต้บริบทของโลกหลังมนุษย์ (Posthuman World) ที่เทคโนโลยีและวิทยาศาสตร์สมัยใหม่กลายเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนในการเปลี่ยนแปลง ควบคุม จัดการ และกำหนดความเป็นไปทั้งในโลกกายภาพและดิจิทัล ผลงานศิลปะนี้จึงไม่เพียงแสดงภาพของร่างกายที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นข้อมูลทางดิจิทัลเท่านั้น แต่ยังตั้งคำถามถึงอัตลักษณ์ ตัวตน ร่างกายและพรมแดนระหว่างความเป็นมนุษย์กับเครื่องจักรในโลกยุคใหม่

งานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในหัวข้อ ศิลปะสื่อผสมจัดวาง : สภาวะการดำรงอยู่ของพญาแถน มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อเรื่องพญาแถน ในบริบทพิธีกรรมของสังคมชนบทอีสาน ผ่านการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะสื่อผสมจัดวาง และเพื่อวิเคราะห์สื่อทางวัฒนธรรมอีสาน ที่ถ่ายทอดปรับแปลง และธำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งความเชื่อเรื่องพญาแถน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสอบถาม และสังเกตการณ์ในพื้นที่ชุมชนอีสาน ที่ยังคงมีการสืบทอดพิธีกรรมความเชื่อเรื่องพญาแถน รวมถึงข้อมูลเอกสารทางวิชาการ แนวคิดทฤษฎี และผลงานศิลปกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแล้วทดลองสร้างสรรค์ผลงานจำนวน 1 ชุด ผลจากการทดลองสร้างสรรค์ นำไปสู่การพัฒนากรอบความคิดของการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิทยานิพนธ์ โดยการนำเสนอด้วยรูปแบบผลงานสื่อผสมจัดวาง จำนวน 1 ชุด ประกอบด้วยผลงาน 5 ชิ้น ผลงานที่เป็นวิดีโอ จำนวน 1 ชิ้น และสื่อผสม จำนวน 4 ชิ้น จากการวิจัยพบว่า การดำรงอยู่ของความเชื่อเรื่องพญาแถน ได้ก้าวข้ามเส้นแบ่งระหว่างความเชื่อและวัตถุ แต่แม้ว่าความเชื่อนั้นจะข้ามพ้น (Transcend) การรับรู้ในแบบเดิมไปแล้ว แต่กระบวนการของการกลายมาเป็นวัตถุภาวะ (Materialization) ผ่านการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่หยิบยืมรูปแบบของการเล่นแร่แปรธาตุ (Alchemy) ในผลงานสื่อผสมจัดวาง ที่มีการผสมผสาน ปรับเปลี่ยน (Transform) วัตถุสิ่งของ ได้ทำให้สภาวะของการดำรงอยู่ ยังคงปรากฏมีผ่านศิลปวัตถุ (Art Objects) ที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างสรรค์ขึ้น ท้ายที่สุดแล้วการมีอยู่ของความเชื่อและวัตถุทั้งหมด จึงสามารถถูกผลักให้ก้าวข้ามธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรม (Beyond Nature and Culture) ปรากฏมองเห็น และสัมพันธ์กับเราในแนวราบผ่านผลงานศิลปะสื่อผสมจัดวาง

Accurate forecasting of COVID-19 case dynamics is essential for facilitating robust public health strategies and interventions is critical for effective public health planning and response. This study introduced novel deep learning models that integrate autocorrelation (ACF) and partial autocorrelation (PACF) into LSTM and GRU networks to improve forecasts of cumulative confirmed, recovered, and death cases. Six variants—ACF/PACF-enhanced LSTM and GRU models—were compared with standard LSTM, GRU, and ARIMA across eleven countries during non-vaccination, vaccination, and entire study period. The results show that integrating ACF and/or PACF features notably enhances forecasting accuracy. ACF-PACF-GRU outperformed baseline models in predicting confirmed and death …

This study aims to determine the prevalence of adolescent pregnancy and its associated factors among older adolescents in Mpigi district, Uganda. A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted from September to October 2024 among adolescent girls aged 15 to 19 years in Mpigi district, Uganda. This thesis presents a comparative study of large-scale Buddhist paintings Gwaebulhwa in Korea and Thangka/Thongdrol in the Himalayan region focusing on their function, iconography, and socio-cultural context within outdoor ritual practices. The research aims to identify the core ritual functions of these monumental artworks, analyze their iconographic elements, and investigate the economic and institutional structures surrounding their production and use. Employing a mixed-methods approach that integrates fieldwork, expert interviews, and iconographic analysis, the study reveals that while both traditions fulfill similar ceremonial roles, they diverge significantly in visual style, theological content, and socio-economic frameworks. SNH48 initially adopted the J-POP model from its Japanese counterpart, AKB48, but later transitioned to a K-POP-influenced approach. By analyzing SNH48’s shift from J-POP to K-POP, this research explores the externalization business model employed by Chinese entertainment companies.
