Controlling the extensional rheological properties of solutions is of great interest for a number of applications, such as printing and coatings, as polymeric additives can modify a fluid's droplet size, formation, and breakup. We have measured the extensional flows of polyacrylamide graft poly(ethylene glycol) amine (PAM-g-PEGa) solutions as a function of grafting density. PAM-g-PEGa is synthesized with grafting densities of 2.5%, 5.5%, 8%, and 30% and extensional flow was analyzed with drop-on-substrate rheology. This study assessed information literacy skills among female students of secondary schools in Bangladesh. A structured questionnaire was developed consisting of library and ICT facilities, information literacy skills, ability to locate information, evaluate information sources, and use the approach of needed information. A total of 596 data were collected from female students of class nine of five general and five girls' high schools in the rural areas of Dhaka Districts. The health-care sector leadership views staff engagement as a critical issue affecting the safety and quality standards provided by health service organisations. Various studies emphasize a strong association between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector in the working environment. The aim of the research was to evaluate the relationship between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector. By using the quantitative method, a total of 106 questionnaires were collected from the staff who work for private hospitals. The findings revealed that there is significant association between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector.

In this scoping review, the effects of screen time on cognitive, linguistic, and social-emotional development in children were studied by examining peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2023. A total of 17 peer-reviewed articles were used in the study. The research reported that screen media provide a learning avenue, though it could be detrimental when children spend their time watching more than appropriate screen media. Furthermore, the study indicated that excessive screen media use may harm children’s executive function, which affects academic performance and language development. Ionizable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have gained attention as mRNA delivery platforms for vaccination against COVID-19 and for protein replacement therapies. LNPs enhance mRNA stability, circulation time, cellular uptake, and preferential delivery to specific tissues compared to mRNA with no carrier platform. However, LNPs are only in the beginning stages of development for safe and effective mRNA delivery to the placenta to treat placental dysfunction. Here, we develop LNPs that enable high levels of mRNA delivery to trophoblasts in vitro and to the placenta in vivo with no toxicity. Background: The current polio epidemiology in Pakistan poses a unique challenge for global eradication as the country is affected by ongoing endemic poliovirus transmission. Across the country, 40 union councils (UCs) which serve as core reservoirs for poliovirus with continuous incidences of polio cases are categorized as super-high-risk union councils (SHRUCs).
Methodology: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 39 SHRUCs using a two-stage stratified cluster sampling technique. 6,976 children aged 12-23 months were covered. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using STATA version 17.

Topic modeling, an unsupervised technique used to gain high-level understanding of a large collection of documents, often involves two major goals: The discovery of topics used in the corpus (topic-discovery) and the assignment of topics to individual words (token-level topic assignment). While Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) normally performs both of these steps simultaneously, some situations require only the token-level topic assignments, using fixed topics. Decaffeination by microbial degradation is currently the most optimal and low-cost approach, involving only microbial cells and/or their enzymes. The bacterium was characterized using a series of biochemical tests. Positive results were obtained from carbohydrate fermentation, citrate utilization, and catalase tests, while negative results were obtained from Voges-Proskauer (VP) and indole tests. Three different caffeine concentrations of 0.25%, 0.4%, and 2% were tested and measured through Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometry (GC-MS) analysis. The highest caffeine reduction (89.25%) was found when 0.25% caffeine was used in the media. Only a small amount of caffeine was reduced to 0.4% and 2%, with 34.78% …

This study determines how curing temperatures, aging condition, and hydrated lime contents affect the unconfined compressive strength (UCS), modulus of elasticity, and workability of low-alkaline concrete. Samples were prepared in two different groups to determine the optimum hydrated lime content and aging conditions to assess the mutual effect of NaOH molarity and curing temperature, that is, 70 °C for 48 h or room temperature, on samples with and without lime. This study aims to develop a religiosity scale called tadayyun, based on an Islamic approach rooted in the Qur'an, hadith, and the opinions of scholars. The research sample consisted of 269 participants residing throughout Indonesia, ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old. Data were collected using the tadayyun scale, which comprised 27 items derived from literature studies. The reliability test results, measured using Cronbach's Alpha, yielded a value of 0.839, indicating good internal consistency. All items demonstrated satisfactory discrimination abilities (p>0.138).
